Persuasive Speech

I am sure that everyone of you have heard about aliens and UFOs. Indeed, we all have heard about the famous case of aliens and UFOs in Roswell, New Mexico. Most people might be interested in the topic of aliens, but I know that the majority of you just think of it as rumours and the existence of them are impossible. Therefore, I am standing here in front all of you to make you change your perspective. I am strongly confident that I have found the evidence of their real existence to convince all of you.

Persuasive speech outline purpose: To persuade my audience to donate blood through the American Red Cross. Introduction:

It was October 6, 1998 when he was lured from the bar that cold, fateful night. His skull was smashed with a pistol butt as he was lashed to a fence, left for dead in near freezing temperatures. Have you served in a war? Has your father or mother served in a war? How about your grandpa? As we honor those who have served we typically do so by standing for the pledge of allegiance or star spangled banner. We say thank you to our war heroes or we go and visit them and listen to their stories. In this paper I will be discussing why NFL players should not be allowed to kneel for the flag. Although the NFL players have the right to peacefully protest, they should find a different way than kneeling as it shows disrespect towards the flag also active duty military and veterans, it teaches young children this behavior is okay, what they are protesting has nothing to do with the flag and there are many different ways to get their message out.

Students at Palmyra Area High School should not be allowed to display information supporting the display of the Confederate Flag in the atrium. The flag is seen as a controversial symbol, and can allow disruption to happen throughout the school. Supporting the flag is seen as a something throughout heritage, however, the flag can also be seen as racist. Throughout school hours, the school has the privilege to monitor the student's free speech, attempting to make the school a place that all the students want to be.

I am writing in hopes that i might persuade you to look more in depth about the importance of Automotive technology. Thrift shopping is a way of reusing someone else’s unwanted goods. As I spoke about in an earlier speech about thrifting, I included many locations and ways to thrift, also the benefits to the shopper and the donator. For example, the pair of jeans that I am wearing today was purchased from this store just a few months ago. I paid only $8.00 for this pair of Lucky Jeans and according to buckle.com, a retailer for lucky jeans the retail price is $99.00 that is a savings to me of $91.00.I am not the type to worry about name brands, but quality usually does cost more. If I can get a quality pair of jeans at a fraction on the price, I am glad to shop at the thrift store. I am thankful to the person that made the donation of the lucky jeans and they can benefit from that donation. According to the IRS webpage, IRS. It was a warm and colorful fall day. I was a happy eight year old planning on enjoying this beautiful Saturday. I woke up to the smell of bacon, eggs, and pancakes cooking down stairs. I ran downstairs as fast I could. Not surprising, I saw my mom making fluffy pancakes I was starving and couldn’t wait to eat them. We started eating breakfast and the pancakes tasted as good as they looked. It was Saturday so I knew that after breakfast, I had chores to do. My first chore that I had to do was vacuum the stairs. “Oh, easy!” I said, when my mom told me. But then she said, “There’s still more to do after that, Alexa!” As I was vacuuming the stairs, my friend Vanessa called me. She said, “Hey Alexa! Do you and Liv want to come over later today?” I was so excited and I said “Yes! But I have to do some chores first!” I puttered over to my mom and told her that Vanessa had called asking if Olivia and I could come over later. She said that I could go, I just needed to get the rest of my chores done! So, I dusted the piano, washed the dog, and emptied the dishwasher.

Donald Trump is our 45th president, with a background of being a successful business man in the real estate industry and his interest in politcis that ultimately resulted in his presidency on the first run in office. President Donald Trump has promised America several changes, ensuring the nation that he will make sure America is great again, with that being his slogan we can see how dedicated and commited the president is into making great changes during his time in office.

Let’s begin from the end. It ends with a group of teenagers thrown into prison for assassination, attempted murder, and treason. And, to be fair, that wasn’t an unfair sentencing. We did, technically, try to kill the president. And we did try to overthrow the government. But who could blame us? This entire country had fallen apart, and no one else seemed to be doing anything about it. So, it was us, a group of four kids who decided to take a shot. Literally. We had all been friends for a while, meeting in a the fourth grade. C brought it up, I believe. We were at lunch. Suddenly, they mumbled, “could we kill him?”

To know that Raymond keep up with me in the race I was so amazed. He must have been doing the breathing exercises I always do when we walk through Broadway. I go running straight to him and give him the biggest hug i can give with my skinny, meatless arms. I walk with Raymond to Gretchen to congratulate her in winning 2nd place. ¨Do you want to make this work and be friends?¨ I ask. ¨Sure but you know next year I will beat you.¨ Says Gretchen with the confident voice she has all the time. ¨I'm not going to be racing I realized that life isn't about racing and plus since Raymond can keep up in running I was wondering if you would like to help me train him.” I said with a polite voice so that she doesn't think that I'm awkward or anything. Gretchen has a questionable look in her face thinking of what she should do. Finally for about two minutes which felt like an eternity hoping that she would say yes she said her answer. ¨Sure I help you train him I also saw him run he is really fast like you.¨ I jump with joy and I go hug Gretchen. I can tell that Gretchen is happy to be friends with me so she hugs me back and we go home as friends.
