According to the Guardian, the historical monument in Peru (Machu Picchu) is under tight surveillance due to a sexual fetish of "streaking" around the monuments vicinity. The site is known to survive many catastrophes yet they believe the act of "streaking" to be something much more threatful. "It has survived five centuries of conquest, earthquakes, landslides and mass tourism. But Peruvian authorities fear that Machu Picchu is facing a new threat: streakers" (pg. 1). The Peruvian authorities felt that it was ruining their beautiful heritage because nothing out of the ordinary is allowed in the monument. Although the tourists were streaking around the monument, they had no right to take photos or videos because it's forbidden in Machu Picchu.

The amount of serious crimes is constantly increasing, and show no signs of stopping anytime soon So, should capital punishment be applied for serious crimes in Peru? The logical answer is yes, and in the following lines, it will be explained why the application of this punishment is imperative.

Machu Picchu is one of the great Wonders of the World and a popular travel destination. The massive 15th century Inca citadel is located in Peru, sitting over 2,000-metres above the sea level. The mysterious structures have tickled our imagination ever since it was brought to the world’s attention in 1911.
On July 24, 1911 an antiquity site located in the mountains surrounding Cusco, Peru, was rediscovered by explorer Hiram Bingham almost half a century after it was constructed. Since 1911 Machu Picchu has come into prominence as a tourist site because of its interesting history and its mysterious abandonment. Much of Machu Picchu has been restored since its discovery to give tourists a window into what it would have been like to live there at its prime. Machu Picchu was built by the great Inca civilization in 1450 and it is believed that it was used as an imperial retreat for the Inca Emperor. Historians now believe that the abrupt abandonment of Machu Picchu was a result of the Spanish conquest, but one of the reasons that it is so well
Peru is rich with minerals, natural resources, and precious metals such as silver, gold, copper, timber, iron ore, coal, potash, phosphate, petroleum, and natural gas. Natural resources have created Peru's infrastructure jump in growth in recent years. Peru has been building roads that go through different types of terrain to include mountains, rainforest and urban areas. Peruvians have updated their railway systems that transport civilians to and from their jobs all throughout the country. Although Peru is wealthy; unfortunately the majority of this income from these natural resources does not make it to the miners and farmers that work long days in order to acquire the resources for global sale. Many of Peru's citizens still live in poverty
When I was 16 I went on a mission trip to Peru with my mother. I was extremely anxious while boarding the 7 hour plane ride to a continent I’ve never been to. I had barely any idea of what we were going to do or where in Peru we were going. We landed in Lima after a long 7 hours in the middle seat. We met the others who were attending this mission trip at the airport after we landed. We took a terrifying cab ride back to the housing. The roads were incredibly busy and unorganized. The housing was barely housing at all. The rooms were very tiny with very thin walls. Every room was separated by a deck and to walk to different parts of the building such as the bathroom, you had to walk outside. It was incredibly different from what I was used
Culture is the aquired knowledge that people use to interpret, experience, and generate social behavior.
Just imagine, there is nothing left to look at. Scientists have taken every artifact to research, disturbed those who lost their lives, and destroyed our Earth. Is this how you want to find out more about history? That's why scientists should keep artifacts where they found them. Instances where Peru has felt incomplete without artifacts, destruction of the RMS Titanic, and places in Iraq are being ruined from archeological sites are just a few examples of the harmful effects archeologists have put on humankind.
Traveling and seeing other parts of the world can be very eye opening. As you travel to other countries you can learn many things about the way they live and the different lifestyle they have from your everyday life. I got the opportunity to travel to Peru and learn many new things about the country that you wouldn't know if you didn't get to experience it first hand. One of the main things that is part of someone’s lifestyle is the food they eat. The meals that Peruvians eat throughout the day create a healthier lifestyle than most Americans.
The main attraction of the place is La Misión de la Santísima Trinidad de Paraná which shows the older religious elements that were working in the region before the arrival and dominance of the Spanish in the region. The cultural site was already famous before it was declared the World Heritage Site but its popularity has surely increased after garnering international attention. Paraguay is a country which is landlocked and therefore it cannot depend on its beaches to attract tourists and earn the foreign funds through it. The country therefore needs to promote its other features. The Jesuit Mission truly represents a wonderful opportunity to Paraguay to attract tourists that are interested in the religious history and the spread of Christianity in the region. The religious site at Trinidad is known to be built around 1609 and still its ruins are in good shape considering the fact that the Spanish dealt harshly with these missionaries and drove them away from here as they wanted to spread their theocratic ideologies. The presence of such places defines the rich culture of Paraguay and makes it an interesting place for tourists to come and enjoy these

There are many factors that influences one’s lifestyle and their personality traits, either by their culture, traditions, and the media. My own self-concept has constantly kept on changing and adapting to the different environments I’ve gone through. My life in Peru was very hard since I lived with my grandmother while my mother worked in the United States to be able to support me, I learned how to be independent at a very age as well as being mature. My daily life consisted in taking care of my grandmother, walking to the stores and pharmacies by myself and getting her medication, giving her showers myself due to her condition. I knew that a normal child didn’t have so many responsibilities like I did, but I was taught by her that so many other individuals have it worse and that I have to be grateful for what I have.
