The reporter stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling sent a 15 year old boy that Briana wanted to go to homecoming with text messages about her breast. The reporter also stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling dropped Briana off at a party she was not invited to because the host did not want to deal with her mother. The reporter stated Briana knew the owners of the home and she was not injured or harm while attending the party. The reporter stated Mrs. Sterling has been witnessed grabbing Briana’s hair, yelling, screaming, and threatening to hit her with a belt when she doesn’t perform her gymnastic stunts correctly. On 9-17-17, the unknown male child's grandmother Faye; asked me to look at the child back. The child's left shoulder blade had a scar. The scar appeared to like someone used their two middle fingers and dug into his skin. The child was bleeding and scared. The child's grandfather (unknown) did this allegation. Faye called the child to come to her. The child was afraid to come to the grandmother. Faye stated told the child "I am not going to do anything to you." The child finally came to Faye. The child did not seek medical attention. The child's mother *(Santana) was not at home. It is unknown if Santana knows about this incident. R/s on Thursday Kari left Aaliyah (15) and Jacob (12) in Florence at a hospitality house. R/s Aaliyah and Jacob were left alone until Sunday. R/s the children were left alone during the hurricane. R/s Kari leaves all the children home alone while she goes out to party and drink. R/s when Kari was locked for a DUI the children were home alone all night. R/s Kari is mentally abusive to the children, she screams at them, degrades them, and make them feel like they are nothing.

R/s July 3rd-8th Danielle (4) and Josiah (5) were staying in Georgia with Judy and Felicia Wilson. R/s Felicia beat Mariah with an electrical cord and Mariah has scratches on her back and bruised buttock. R/s Danielle (mom) took the child to ER and trying to press charges against Felicia.

REPORTER: The reporter (Gennette) called with concerns for the victims, Leslie, Tapenga, and Teagan. According to the reporter, there was a police report in Leslie’s file from Wisconsin. When Justin Tegelman (Leslie’s brother/special needs/currently 19 years old) was 16 years old, he had six counts of sexual assault (from December 2011-June 2012), while living in Wisconsin. The incidents occurred when Justin was a minor. In the police report, Chad (Justin’s father) caught him doing something to one of his sisters (Tapenga). Chad caught them under the covers, and it didn’t appear that their pants were down. Justin said they (Tapenga) were humping. Intake Worker, FPS White received a phone call from the reporter on 11/14/17. The reporter stated that mom went to jail and got out yesterday. The reporter stated that they are not really concern as to mom going to jail due to it was driving with invalid license. The reporter stated that Jessica Fields' oldest son, Raymond Fields called and told the reporter that the reporter needed to come get the children. The reporter stated that Raymond stated that Jessica was on drugs, pills and meth. Jessica drinks all the time. Jessica got beaten up by the boyfriend, Michael Hays in front of the children. Per Reporter: Stephen (paternal grandfather) has custody of the children. A court order signed by Judge Alphonso (8/19/14) states that Timothy (victim’s father) & mother (unknown) should not have contact with the children. Jill spoke with Harrison County CPS who confirmed that the case has been closed. The mother lives in Indiana and is uninvolved. Timothy is a convicted felon and has been in and out of jail since the children were young. Timothy has returned to Stephen’s home less than a year ago. On the night of 9/28/17, Timothy slapped Brianna because she was smarting off to Stephen. Stephen and Brianna were arguing over homework. Brianna has a red bruise on her left cheek. PER REPORTER: He received a report from Harleigh’s father expressing concerns about her mother Emily drug use and activity. Per reporter the father said that Emily is selling drugs (meth) out of her home around Harleigh. It is unknown if she using the meth around the child, but Harleigh does have access to the meth. However, the meth is not being manufactured in the home. Per reporter on 8/20/2015 he was called to the home for domestic violence at the home and knowledge of meth being in the home. It was told by the reporter that Emily had a miscarriage and the reporter think it was due to the use of narcotic drugs. Between 08/31/15-09/02/15, Deniyah has alleged repeatedly that her mother slaps her in the face, twist her foot around likes she’s trying to break it, and that she witnesses her grandmother beat her mother. On 09/02/15 Deniyah put her foot in her lap and turned it has if she tried to break it; the child also told the reporter her mother punches her and twist her leg. Deniyah began the conversation with school staff by stating someone was in her grandmother’s home, in her grandmother’s bed. Ms. Fields caught Justice’s friend and beat her. Whenever Justice got angry with her mother, she slapped Deniyah in her face until it bled; Deniyah did not have any visible marks or bruises. Krystal told Caniyah to slap the other lady’s daughter, and the other lady threatened to contact law enforcement. Law enforcement didn’t come out to the home because the other lady didn’t contact them, according to the reporter; the reporter believes the other lady and her daughter went into their home. The incident occurred on Sunday (07/17/2016). The reporter said Cadarius (2 year old) wears diapers, and Krystal doesn’t buy him any diapers. The reporter said Krystal was begging people for money to purchase diapers. 1 month ago, Krystal stole some pampers from a Dollar General Store and they caught her and told her not to come back. Rico (4 year old) walks around with shorts on (no shirt or shoes), and he is always running around in the street and cursing. Krystal is usually outside with the child, but she doesn’t say anything. The reporter said Krystal has 6 children total, but she lost custody of 2 of the children; Krystal only has 4 of her children in her care. The reporter said if she has so much money, why is she on food stamps and drawing a government checks. The reporter said Matthew slaps Kelly around, and if the children are with her, he would slap her around in front of them. Then, the reporter said Kelly mainly has the baby (Colton) with her because she is making Matthew believe this is his baby. The reporter said she’s using the baby to keep Matthew around so she can get drugs. The reporter said one night, Kelly left the baby in the car and he was crying so badly, Dana Johnson went and got the child out of the car because Matthew and Kelly were fighting.
