Synopsis: Theft that occurred between 1244-1248 hrs, on 11/5/16 at Dollar General (6304 66th St N, Pinellas Park FL, 33781). The unknown suspect stole 4 items valued at $6.12. He walked through all points of purchase and left the store. Obtain video of the crime and a receipt of the items stolen. I sent an email out to attempt to identify the suspect. DVD was submitted into property and evidence. Narrative: On 11/5/16 at approximately 1304 hrs, I responded to Dollar General located at 6304 66th St N in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant/manager, Jennifer Lima. Lima advised an unknown suspect stole 4 items, 20 minutes prior to my arrival. Lima stated after helping a customer she watched the suspect walked towards the aisle and put two chef Boyardee cans in his pocket. Lima said he left the can goods aisle and headed to the baby aisle in front of the store. He grabs a 2 pack of pacifiers, a baby bottle and walks to the middle of the store stuffing the items in his pocket. Lima advised she lost sight of the suspect and began looking for him. During this, the suspect walks to the front of the store bypassing the cash register and exits the store without purchasing the item. The suspect walked south on 66th St, away from the store. Lima stated advised she went to the middle of the aisle and find the pack of pacifiers placed between items on a shelf. The suspect stole 2 cans of chef Boyardee, and a baby bottle. Lima provided me with a DVD copy of surveillance, and a receipt showing the value of the items stolen. While conducting the business check, I was alerted by Walmart Loss Prevention Officer, Marion Edwards, that a White, GMC Yukon, that was missing the front bumper was involved in an attempted theft of a coffee maker approximately two weeks prior. Edwards requested that I make contact with the vehicle, which was parked in row #7 in the Walmart parking lot. Edwards was requesting that I issues a trespass warnings to the vehicle's occupants.
On December 20th at approximately 5:30 p.m. A Hispanic male and a Caucasian male walked out of the Galloway ShopRite with carts full of unpaid merchandise. The Hispanic male took approximately $323.20 and the Caucasian male took about $409.18 of unpaid goods. Store managers went after them, and were able to recover $72.90 in merchandise. The remaining of the stolen merchandise could not be recovered. Management immediately contacted store Security personal, Victoria Winder, who call the police and took pictures of the license plate of the Toyota 4Runner the individuals took off in. The suspects were later identified as William Terpak Jr. and Jocsan Moradel-Flores using ShopRite’s video surveillance.
On Saturday, July 15, 2017, I was on patrol, in full uniform, in a marked black and white Pasadena Police vehicle, Unit #48. At approximately 1629 hours, I was dispatched to TJ Maxx located
On 03/05/2017 at approximately 1823 hours I recieved a phone call from Likes, Keith in regards to the theft that had occured.
Upon our arrival we were met by Jerry Thompson, he stated to us that someone had stolen some hand tools and atv wheel and tires from his shop behind his residence. After speaking with Mr. Thompson Sgt. South and I went out to the outside of the shop under a covered parking area and found a yellow in color Can-Am atv on a motorcycle jack without the wheel and tires. After this Mr. Thompson showed us inside of the shop where a tall rolling tool box was and informed us that various hand tools such as socket sets, ratchets and electric impact drivers were taken from. Mr. Thompson also informed us that in the office area inside the shop was a change jar with approximately $20.00 in change was missing and a 30 pack of bud light was missing out of the refrigerator in the office area.
On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16

On the above date I responded to the DNA Smoke Shop, reference a delayed retail theft.
Upon my arrival I was met by a white female adult identified as Juliann Conti. Conti stated that she arrived home on 10/06/2017 at about 1630 hours and found her Sony DVD player was missing. Conti then discover a blue bag located in the master bedroom which contained the following items: Divorce papers, one Birth certificate bearing the names Julia VIA (Deceased), three Social Security Cards bearing the names Julia VIA, Dominick Via (Deceased), and Juliann Conti, One City bank Credit car bearing the name Juliann Conti, one Wal-Mart credit card bearing the name Juliann Conti, one JC Penny credit card bearing the name Juliann Conti, one Lowes credit card bearing the name Juliann Conti, one Nevada unemployment card baring the name Juliann Conti, was missing.
On 04-11-2017 at approximately 1500hrs, I conducted an investigation on a stolen bike that was taken from Holmes Foods (101 S. Liberty Avenue). I made contact with the owner, who was identified as Ricardo Perez (TX-ID # 18515108). Perez informed me that his bicycle had been taken from his place of employment without his permission. Perez advised he chained the front tire to the frame to prevent anyone from riding off with the bicycle, but failed to secure the bicycle to the bike rack. Perez advised upon leaving his place of employment, he noticed his bicycle missing from where he parked it. Perez notified his supervisor, who informed Perez that he would review the security cameras. On 04-11-2017 I reviewed the security cameras on property
On December 16, 2017, at approximately 1311 hours, I responded to 2660 N Orange Blossom Trail; Lot 48 in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made my contact with Pablo Joshua Soto (victim/complainant) who advised the following via verbal and a sworn written statement:

On April 27, 2016, at approximately 0031hrs, I was patrolling out at the City Lake when dispatch advised Sgt. Henke to respond to Wal-Mart, 937 Park Circle Drive. Sgt. Henke arrived on scene at approximately 0003hrs while I was in route to Wal-Mart. At approximately 0040hrs, I arrived on scene I made contact with Sgt. Henke inside Wal-Mart. Sgt. Henke had a Sandra Parr, w/f, DOB 1/19/63, under arrest and was walking her out Wal-Mart. Sgt. Henke was accompanied by Asset Protection Manager Krista L. McClintick.
A pair of cufflinks were vouchered and has not been pick-up/returned to owner. This property is consistent with the allegation of missing
