Robert Grey is an imagist who paints with words. Using imagery in his poems, Grey is able to visually communicate emotions and ideas. His poetry is concerned with the urbanisation effects on Australian nature and changes it brought within the lifestyle. This is metaphorically expressed in the poem ‘Journey: The North Coast’ as he dwells on the sheer beauty that can be found in the natural world in contrast to the alienated environments manufactured by men. In contrast to the idea of modernisation, Grey also expresses values of love and respect for the environment and nature through the physical and emotional journey. Additionally, the idea of Australian landscapes and strong sense of

Collaroy beach is located 16km north of Sydney’s CBD within Warringah Council's local Government Area. It is approximately 3.6 km long from the local Collaroy surf Club to the Narrabeen lagoon in the north. It had extensive development in comparison with other beaches. There are over 120 plots of land and 293 residential units within this area. Many buildings are many stories high to accommodate a large number of wealthy people. This high level of development has posed a serious risk to property due to the effects of erosion, which has shaped Collaroy beach many years along with other natural processes such as deposition. Erosion continues to occur as the land is pushed inwards at a relatively rapid pace. A year 10 grade from Redfield College

I believe that the main reason why Bournemouth is an overcrowded coast is because of its physical factor; it’s on the coast, with a 7-mile long, sandy beach. This means potential for stunning beach views, which has been attracting a lot of retiring people who

Prior to this trip, I was very intrigued by the medical field and although I did not have a set idea of my future profession, I knew I wanted to work in the medical field. Some of my friends who had taken this course before told me their experience at Sunnybrook and Lyndhurst, as well as how much of a great opportunity this was for anybody of any age. I had very high expectations, however, I was also very anxious because it was professional setting, and the situations were unpredictable. I could not believe that I would be visiting one of the major hospitals and the largest trauma center in Canada. The entire trip, from the introductions and presentations to the emotional stories shared by the people at the rehabilitation centre was engaging. The P.A.R.T.Y program aimed towards providing information to youth and motivating us to stop drug or alcohol abuse, as well as texting and driving since these were the main causes of motor vehicle collisions. Throughout the day we saw the trauma room and critical care unit, as well as presentations by doctors, first responders, and nurses. Then by the afternoon we had the opportunity to travel to Lyndhurst and hear about the experiences of some individuals.
Obviously, the geography of the settlement of Port Royal ensured its survival until well into the 1700s. Although occupied by different countries, and even undergoing rebuilding, the location was essential in its creation, and provided the settlers with food, industry, and

We usually leave a few days after Christmas and come back a few days after New Years. I go with my grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle, and some of my cousins. We have been going on this vacation for about six years, but at first it only started out as us going down for the weekend. The first two years we went to Myrtle Beach it was just me and my grandma and grandpa, but after that year some more of my family started to come down with us.

Dover Beach intrigued me as soon as I read the title. I have a great love of beaches, so I feel a connection with the speaker as he or she stands on the cliffs of Dover, looking out at the sea and reflecting on life. Arnold successfully captures the mystical beauty of the ocean as it echoes human existence and the struggles of life. The moods of the speaker throughout the poem change dramatically as do the moods of the sea. The irregular, unordered rhyme is representative of these inharmonious moods and struggles. In this case, the speaker seems to be struggling with the relationship with his or her partner.
In order for me to have a vacation in Fiji I will have to incur different types of costs. The airline ticket departing from Boston and hotel stay for 14 days will be around $3,000 to $10,000. The flight is about 10 hours if departing from Los Angeles, but departing from Boston is plus two days. Another cost could be shots, which are required in order to enter Fiji, such as Yellow fever shots and Malaria (Fiji Visitor Bureo n/d).
