I am confident that my results are correct because when I was doing my research to find the mean of heights of males in the United States, I found similar sites that gave the same mean average. The results of the average mean of males in the US is relatively close to the result I found during my research, which made me feel pretty confident that I was headed in the right direction. To find the standard deviation of heights of males in the US is impossible because you would have to measure everyone’s height, which no one has done before. When I found my confidence interval the values was consistent with the data I collected. Most of the data that I found were between the numbers 68 and 70 with very few of them falling above and below the intervals.
