In a few days Donald Trump will become our president of the United States. Between Obama and Trump they are so much different Obama is a whole different person from Trump. I realized so much in these two from their speeches they did,from the way they talk, body language, and how they act around the press. I realized and i always knew that Trump would never make a good president just from speech. I have always liked Obama he did amazing things for us, he changed so many things in the US i am glad he was our president.

Both of these presidents, former and current, have opinions on what America should be moving towards, to better the country. These presidents have both done their fair share for this country already, though Trump has only been in office for a year, while Obama has been in office for a full term, then was re elected for another. They both, though, like all things, have many similarities and differences, these things are likely affected by their party, and mindset, along with their personality. For instance, Obama is apart of the Democratic party, while Trump is apart of the Republican party, making their outlook on America and things like taxes and abortion, different. Differences

The U.S. is allies with Israel, which means the they are not allies with Arab states, such as Iran. In Netanyahu’s speech, he uses the U.S. support to challenge Iran and other Arab states about their lack of respect and recognition of Israel as an international figure.      Before Eleanor Roosevelt, the role of the first lady was not a political role; it was merely just a formal title of the president’s wife. Eleanor Roosevelt paved the way for all presidents’ wives to come by being active in politics during and after her husband’s presidency. Of course, she did not have instant success; she had many trials which helped her become an important and influential role model. Eleanor Roosevelt’s dedication to her husband, her activeness in politics, and her volunteer work enabled her to change the role of the First Lady.

George .W. Bush and Barrack Obama two of America’s great presidents, both filled with their individual ambitions and charisma. These prominent presidents have ruled the most powerful country in the world using their different strategies and policies. George Bush, a republican was the 43rd president of America had two terms in power (cite). On the other hand Barrack Obama the first black president of America and a democrat was his successor. He is known for his charisma. Notwithstanding, their various good leadership skills and the criticisms, Obama has been a better and more successful president United States than George Bush. Despite the fact that his presidency being criticized for being a failure he has done a good job so far. Obama is showing promise in his policies trying fix the problems that were created by past American presidents in terms of handling the domestic and foreign policies.

The title First Lady of the United States is not a constitutional role but rather an unofficial title given to the official White House hostess1. The first “first lady” was Dolley Madison in 1809. The first ladies usually are confidantes and advisors2. The first lady does not always have to be a spouse and can be, if the president was never married or is a widower, be a related family member3. The responsibilities of the first lady is to be a good public figure and control certain things that go on in the White House. The First Lady is responsible for any of the media appearance of their kids4.

President Barack Obama and President George W Bush are two extremely different politicians with different political backgrounds and beliefs in different political ideologies. Between both two term administrations some of their most scrutinized issues focused on the topic of foreign policy. President Obama and Bush had to deal with continuous threats and problems arising from the tumultuous political climate of the Middle East. The way each president saw it fit to eliminate the problems was quite different as, President Bush often saw it more appropriate to use military force in the intervention of these issues, where as President Obama is more likely to take a diplomatic approach before resorting to military intervention. Regardless of these differences both presidents are ultimately trying to achieve the same goal which is to achieve peace for the United States and continue the American prosperity.

The office, President of the United States of America, is one, if not, the most powerful position in the modern world that any individual can occupy. However, there is another office in the same building and even the same family that garners much less attention: the office of First Lady. For the lack of attention both in historical records, and in public focus, First Ladies throughout the history of the United States have had much more influence and impact than they have been accredited. One such woman, Lucretia Garfield began, in her short term, to change the office of First Lady. Lucretia Garfield challenged the gender normatives of the Gilded Age, and she opened up her role for future First Ladies to exert their bold presence in the White House.

A President’s main duty is to make sure that laws are executed the way they are intended to, and appoint cabinet officials. Approving or vetoing bills is often considered one of the most valuable things a President does (Levy, Mcdonald). Meanwhile, First Ladies used to serve as a hostess to the White House. Rather now they serve as a hostess to the United States. Many people would say they are the face of the country. The role as First lady is often seen as being pristine and luxurious. However, Martha Washington, the first Mrs. President, never seemed to resemble this depiction. A wife should have a “good sense, a good disposition, a good reputation, and financial means,” George Washington once stated. It is apparent that he must have seen all of these things in his wife, Martha, or he would not have married her. The first lady plays an important role in the presidency of our country, she is the support and the second hand of the most important politician of the nation. During each presidential term they had enhance their role in the country, and far from acting behind the scenes, each date they become more involved in political and social issues.

I can say it is a interesting topic and a true fact in how women can gain some type of power or financial stability, by marry someone with power or with a good wealth. We can see a great example that refers a connection to the history of Livia in our contemporary culture, such as and Melania Trump but not Hilary Clinton. I can refer that Melania Trump has gained a power position by been marry with the president of the United States Donald Trump, because we can see at first she was a model and by having this marriage she gained the same wealth as him. Many people usually spend the majority their time comparing the past and present presidents against each other. They always talk about the things the presidents have accomplished leaving behind a great legacy, but they never consider the great women behind the man. Hillary Rodham Clinton and Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama are both very different accomplished First Ladies.
