His frantic pacing had slowed, but hadn’t completely came to a stop yet. It was nice knowing that just by being in the same room with him he’d stop pacing like he had been. That just by staring at him, his frantic hair pulling and tussling would cease and it would just be her and the man she loved. Even if it was for just a split second, just a glimpse of the man she knew and loved, it was him and she enjoyed every second of it. Brown eyes stared at him, a faint smile danced across her face. She could see by the way he fidgeted that he was still unsure, unsure if she was really going to stay with him. His arms where his home just as hers were his. In a swift motion her arms shoot out, wrapping around him as she pressed herself against him more into the kiss. Her hands traveled up his back until her fingers gripped hold of his shoulders. In that moment, the moment she felt his grip tightening around her, she allowed herself to forget everything that had been going on in the world around them. She allowed herself to be caught up in the kiss, the one that was long overdue. She felt almost dizzy if it weren’t for her holding onto him she feared she would have fallen over. “Barry.” She whispered, his name against his lips. Carefully she removed her fingers from their clutch on his shoulder, and swiftly curled her arms around his neck as she pressed more into the kiss. She could have spent all day locked in this kiss with him, and she would have if it wasn’t for Cisco calling her name over the damn speaker. She grumbled and ignored the sound of his voice at first, but the more she ignored him the louder his voice would get. Finally, when she couldn’t stand the sound of his voice anymore her eyelids fluttered open and she rolled her eyes, trying to ignore him. Not now, not when he was just coming back to me.
