Should Syrian Refugee Children Be Allowed In Schools Essay

(picture of a syrian child) This is a picture of a Syrian boy. Nobody knows his name, but he is a child refugee trying to get out of Syria to find a better place to live. As of today, there are 28 million of children like this boy who are refugees according to UN. They don’t have access to clean water, nutrition, vaccinations and education. They are the world’s most vulnerable children, but certainly like every single child in America, they too deserve an opportunity to have a better future, and all of you here have the opportunity to help these children.

I believe that the U.S should start admitting more refugees, mostly children that are being really affected by all the violence and Medical / Mental assistance .

Why should the United States not accept Syrian refugees? Not every Syrian is a terrorist, most of them really need help. Because of the civil war in Syria, a major genocide is happening. People are leaving their homes for a better life where they can be safe and economically stable. I think that the United States should accept Syrian refugees in because they have been dealing with inequality, they also have a good work ethic that at a lot of Americans do not have which can benefit the country, and the United States is a country where a lot of people migrate so why not let the Syrian refugees in since they need to.

Since 2011, more than 250,000 people have been killed in the Syrian civil war. Millions of other Syrians are searching for a secure home. America could provide a home to these Syrians if they were well prepared and funded. Taking in Syrian refugees would have no help to Syria, be dangerous for American citizens and be an extremely ignorant move, considering we are not prepared for almost 50,000 refugees. Syrian refugees should not be allowed into America.

A refugee is a person who has been forced to leave their country in order to escape war, or persecution. Recently there are many debates going on, whether the United States should allow Syrian refugees to come into America or not. At the same time, there is a civil war in Syria between the government led by Bashar al-Assad and the rebels. Currently in Syria there is a civil war going on that has led thousands of refugees to flee to other countries. Many people in these countries are debating on whether or not these refugees should be allowed within their borders. Leaving these debates and questions of moral standing out of it I believe in my own opinion that it would be best not to allow them into the United States. Allowing them to enter our borders could have drastic consequences that could leave a huge burden on our country, and the society that dwells within it.

The country needs to help refugees within our borders, as well as help countries taking in the majority of refugees. The U.S. can also improve the current refugee vetting process, which would greatly increase it's efficiency.

Due to recent events in Paris there has been a lot of talk about Syrian refugees, and if they should be allowed in the United States. I think that Syrian refugees should be allowed in the United States. These refugees are coming from a horrible situations and should be helped because if they stay in Syria then they risk getting killed. They also can’t stay in Europe or the middle east because there are too many refugees to be taken in. With 4 million people already displaced, it has created an immigrant crisis in Europe.

Most Syrians are trying to get “normal” with the people in Australia, to be able to have a conversation with them. Australia has made an organization to help Syrian children receive as much education as possible. They have found tutors and teachers to help the children get a good education and lower the risk of them the drop out. Syrian children are attending school to keep up their education and are getting help from teachers. Australia is helping children have a safe place to grow up and become successful, with minimal discrimination as possible. Many children feel like they are prisoners in their host countries. Many are not allowed to leave their homes due to safety concerns and chores that need to be completed.
