The social changes the society has now were reached not in a short-term period. It was a long process of struggles and protests against the social, moral and legal norms, which were perceptible for the community. Talking about the inequality, the discussion about it is still continuing because there is a considerable number of the improper attitudes towards the different representatives of the minorities. In such cases, people have to think widely to start the process of changing. Allies are those who become the driving force in the presentation and protection of the rights. However, the case made a significant influence of the movement against the sexual violence and the sexual harassment. It was Anita Hill who was not ashamed to tell the truth to the society, even when that truth was her personal story. Not a lot of people know where is Anita now and what is the sphere of her work. At the same time, her case showed that silence is not the way of solving the problem, and every case of the sexual harassment is important in combat against it. In conclusion, an ally as a part of the society feels the oppression everyday. Even in a case of having no support, he or she publicly expresses the own disagreement with the various social problems and willingness to solve these problems. The opinion of the majorities is not the most important thing for the ally because the main point is gaining the result in the cases of inequality.
