Kristina has shown rare social skills that enable her to assist clients that are in crisis situations. Kristina follows through and collaborates with management and ASM staff in order to provide resources to help clients resolve crisis situations. Kristina is willing to spend extra time with clients and provides an open door policy to allow for clients to be able to access her when needed. Kristina has changed her schedule to include 2 late nights in order to provide more effective services to her clients. She has proved to be open and willing to accept feedback from her Clinical Supervisor and apply the changes to make her paperwork more accurate. However, she realized in attempting to provide alone has not only become very strenuous, but also quite costly. Discussion: The team discussed Josh's behavior in the school and home. Josh reported that he continues to have some challenges with negative behavior in the home. He explained that he's sometimes noncompliant with completing his chore, back talks and gets upset when his screen time is interrupted. Amber and Travis brought McDonalds for their children to eat today but their two younger children were not interested in eating. The parents let the children up and told EV Staff the children are probably not hungry because the foster parents feed them well and that they children have ate right before they came into the visit. EV Staff asked the parents if they had a routine for their four hour visit time with their children. Amber and Travis stated that they generally just go with a flow. EV Staff explained the importance of a routine with children and how if their is a routine for their visit it will make the visits go a lot smoother. Amber and Travis both stated that they would like to follow a routine with their children. EV Staff let the parents know they would work on a routine for them for their next visit.

Penny is a very sweet and happy girl who enjoys daily preschool learning activities. She is passionate about arts and crafts and loves to play with playdough at school. On 1/22/18 I met Mr. Kreger at the office of Dr. Steinbach neurologist. The repeat CT scan of the brain was done prior to the appointment as directed. Mr. Kreger ambulates slowly. He is thinner than the last time I saw him. His wife reports he is not eating well and don't have much of an appetite. She also reports that he has a very short temper and will swear loudly when angered which is not in character. He said he has some odd feeling in his mouth when eating cold foods and his handwriting is sloppy and he will miss spell words. 1. Peter is a social worker who works as a Project Director for a non-profits organization that specifically focuses on youth that are gay or lesbian. Peter has many responsibilities when it comes to this position which include overseeing the countless programs that are run by this organization. These programs that are carried out often depend on the need of the child. Per IVC, Mr. Reece has been non complaint with medications, reports he is going to racing police cars, recent hospital visits due to medical issues, and hypomanic episode.
