Soda pop, he felt more love towards them because, no matter the sorrow or the arguing between them they were still family. Unlike if he had been living with is foster family, he may feel less loved and felt for, because they are not real family and they just met him.

Living in a foster home with a new family will probably make you feel nervous and not wanting to spend time with your new family. Pony boy moving away could cause him not to feel safe or not wanting to do new and fun things, therefore making him feel depression or anxiety. If he continues to feel this way, it could cause him to be very ill. Living in a foster home, Pony boy might feel depression, because he has missed his family and home town, where all his friends live and where all he ever knew was there. He is still in school, which means he would probably still stay in school if he had gone to a foster home. Pony boy is nice and has manners, if Pony moved with a new family had would still act the same, because he has already learned his behavior. If Pony does not want to move away from Darry and Soda pop, this could cause him to have a terrible attitude and be sad. While he lived with his real family he would smoke, drink, and get in fights, because he got in so many fights, Pony boy would probably still get in trouble in and out of
