On September 12, 2015, at approximately 2:16 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was dispatched to 178 County Road 3810, Hawkins, Texas in reference to a fraud. Upon my arrival, I spoke with the complainant Jane Trimble. She advised me that she went Fred’s in Hawkins, Texas to get some things. She told me when checked out her debit card from South Side Bank card was declined and was overdrawn. She said she went to the South Side Bank located in Hawkins, Texas to put in $500.00 to cover it. On September 11, 2015, she received a statement in the mail and observed that there were transaction made that she did not make. This court report is respectfully submitted to update the court on the CRA matter regarding Kevonah Renaud-Harris. On 5/25/2017, Ms. Adrienne Harris, mother of Kevonah filed a CRA. On 5/26/2017, this case was assigned to me to complete a Comprehensive Assessment which is due to be completed on or before 8/21/2017.
Chad Brown and his wife, Brandy Brown, and maternal step-grandmother, Carolyn Patterson, while responsible for the children’s welfare, did or allowed the following: Chase Brown, minor, left the family home, stole a bicycle. Chase Brown was apprehended by Union County Sheriff’s Office, officers Elizabeth and Jeff Wright for a report of a stolen bicycle. Once at the Union County Sheriff Office, Chase Brown reported that he and his two siblings, Timothy Brown (16) and adult sibling, Ashley Brown (18), were being locked up in room by their father, Chad Brown and Step-mother, Ashley Brown. Union Department of Social Services, assessment caseworker, Dana Lyles was asked to come to the Union County Sheriff’s Office to speak with the Chase Brown. Chase revealed to caseworker Dana Lyles that he and his siblings, Timothy Brown (16) and adult sibling, Ashley Brown (18) were being kept locked in a room by the following persons; Father, Chad Brown, Step-Mother, Brandy Brown, Maternal Step-grandmother, Carolyn Patterson and other minor step-siblings.
On December 10, 2015, at approximately 8:15 AM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was dispatched to 336 Concho inside Holiday Villages, Quitman, Texas in reference to a disturbance.
On August 14, 2015, at approximately 12:19 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale was dispatched to 2034 County Road 1570, Alba, Texas in reference to a inquest.
On July 5, 2015, at approximately 10:23 AM I, Deputy Ragsdale, checked in route to 1205 County Road 3277, Quitman, Texas to assist Deputy Altman, in reference to a disturbance.
On 02/20/2017, I, Officer Rivera Ayala, DSN #232, responded to 201 Prairie St. in reference to a Fraud. Sgt. McMichael also responded.
On December 18th 2015 at 1810 Deputy Akins responded to a theft call at 11023 Tadpole Road. Upon arrival Deputy Akins was greeted by Lyman Hinson who stated he had helped T. J Leonard Hinson rebuild a truck engine, however was never paid for the service. Mr Hinson stated he had also bailed Mr. Meyers out of jail to the sum of $725. Deputy Akins explained to Mr. Hinson that the issue was a civil matter.Mr. Hinson agreed but stated the his caregivers told him he should make the sheriff department aware of the situation
On December 14, 2015, at approximately 8:50 AM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was dispatched to 630 County Road 4890 lot 6, Winnsboro, Texas in reference to an assault that occurred after the fact.
On August 19, 2015, at approximately 4:41 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was dispatched to the Wood County Sheriff Office lobby in reference to a theft.
On 01/26/2017, I spoke with Sherra Stevanus in the District II Lobby of the Pasco Sheriff`s Office in reference to a forged check. Ms. Stevanus advised her Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union check # 1370, that she wrote to Christa Maida on 09/26/2014, in the amount of $100.00 has been duplicated, the date altered to 09/26/17, amount changed to $900.00 and cashed again by Christa Maida on 01/25/2017.

On December 29, 2015, at approximately 10:36 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was dispatched to the Wood County Sheriff Office lobby in reference to a theft of a firearm.
On February 15, 2016 at approximately 9:29PM I, Deputy Tucker George checked en route to 515 County Road 3147, Quitman Texas, 75783 in reference to a disturbance in progress.
