The perfect spot for my family to go on spring break is Colorado. Colorado is the perfect spot for my family to go on spring break because of the climate. Colorado’s springtime is very inconsistent. One day the state will encounter a blizzard and the next day the state will be warm. I think this weather is very diverse; the climate would make my family’s spring break interesting. The varying weather would give my family a unique trip. The beauty of the state is a reason why Colorado is the perfect spot for my family to go on spring break. Colorado is known for its allure. Colorado is a beautiful and historical state; the wide open plains, the glorious tall mountains, the history of its people that have shaped Colorado into what it is today. There is a lot to explore and learn when it comes to the Centennial State. Because of its history, Colorado is considered to be the meeting ground amongst three sections in the American West; the Atlantic Coast and Mississippi Valley, North and South, and Massachusetts and Virginia. These sections have shaped and developed the settlement and region in their own special ways.
Visitors like me go to Idaho to see its many natural wonders, breathe its fresh air, and explore the mountains. Both tourists and residents take part in outdoor recreation in that state.
As Utah came closer, I set my expectations even higher. After not being able to visit everyone I wanted, Utah was the place to beat Texas. From visiting countless unrecognized family members to camping or hiking, Utah overall was a breathtaking place. Eventually realization set in, and I started to notice more and more flaws. Utah was repetitive. There wasn't anything to do except hiking or camping. We had barbeque every day for two weeks, because the restaurants there were horrible, and there was no sign of fresh sea food anywhere.

An interesting place to visit in Colorado is well known for how the rocks form there and for hiking and mountain bike riding and so this place is called Garden of the Gods. Maroon Bells is an interesting place to visit because of its snowmass, high mountains, rivers, and lakes. Vail is an interesting and popular place to visit and its known for people coming there to ski. Mount Evans is a popular place known for its amazing mountain views over 14,000 feet.

I have hiked mountains in the Rockies so many times before, my first hike ever was in the Rockies for a matter of fact all but a few have been in the Rockies. So why would I want to spend my last hiking trip just in the Rockies? The Rockies are my home away from home where I have spent all my summers since I was 7 and my favorite place on earth. There are fifty states that make up the entirety of The United Staes of America. With so many areas differating immensely from one another in population, and climate, and attractions, there is bound to be somewhere, and something that appeals to everyone. The opposite is also true. I, personally, prefer cooler weather, darker atmospheres, and a lower population. The best place in the United States that happens to best meet all of those qualifications, is the northernmost state of Alaska. On the contrary, I prefer to steer clear of humid areas, with larger population densities, and more dangerous, or vexatious creatures. That being said, the number one state that I tend to avoid when possible is Florida.
