The National Junior Honor Society and I possess a common vision. I, like the members of this Honor Society strive to make Stinson an all around friendlier environment and spread positivity school wide. I believe I would live up to be an outstanding member of NJHS because, I am exceptionally responsible, and will have an opportunity to express ways to help further our school’s reputation. I have always been responsible, and that does not fail to shine through in my personality or academic record. That said, I’m certain it would be a benefit to the NJHS program. My responsibility is only one of my many qualities that I would bring to this club, I would unquestionably showcase my positivity, respect, obedience, and much more. Joining this club
Over the past two years (2014-2016) I have participated in the National Junior Honors Society. As a member, I commit to completing community service and to learning among my peers in order to develop into a superior leader. I have taken part in activities such as fundraisers, team building activities, and several forms of community services such as working in a soup kitchen, daycares and organizing social events. Recently, I volunteered for a week as a vendor at a temple in Tacoma, raising money for the establishment during the Cambodian New Year festival.
quote by John F. Kennedy, thirty-fifth president of the United States, shows that the National Junior Honor Society could do a great deal for me as a person, but I can contribute a great deal to this society as one of its members. I believe that I would be a substantial member of NJHS. I would enjoy an opportunity to be a part of this society. Also, I have characteristics that potential National a Junior Honor Society member would possess.
I want to become a member of the National Junior Honor Society because I want to be involved in something fun and exciting and become part of a group. I also want to challenge myself and prepare for the next stages in life. I want to participate in a variety of social events and become more social. I feel as though NJHS would be something extremely fun and thrilling to be in. Most importantly, I desire to develop the habitats and standards to succeed in high school, college and career. However, I want to make an impact, not just for myself, but for the
Another reason why I would be a good NJHS member is because I show scholarship. I show scholarship by displaying academic effort by asking questions and writing exceptional answers. I also have appropriate value of education by always staying productive and challenging myself. I maintain high expectations of myself
First and foremost, I would like to thank the Faculty Council for the opportunity to be a delegate of the NJHS faculty council. For sure, I understand that to get into this council will not only take astounding grades, but also take great leadership and courage. If I become a member of the National Honor Society, I shall effectively utilize the chance given to challenge my limits of courage, leadership, and determination. I will endeavor to do my best in any occasions when the faculty council gives me the chance to prove this.
I’m truly honored to have to have been chosen as a possible inductee, for the National Junior Honor Society, I would love to become a member of the NJHS to develop and expand my leadership skills, in addition I would like to improve my citizenship strength, this opportunity will also allow me to surround myself with other genuine students, my education is very important to me and being with other serious students will help me learn from their capabilities. Moreover, I would like to contribute to NJHS by volunteering and making my community proud. Furthermore, the main cause of why I want to be a member of the National Junior Honor Society, is because my biggest goal is
I was delighted to find out I was eligible to take part in National Junior Honor Society, but it got me thinking, “Why me?” I have been wondering throughout the day what makes me so special to take part in such an honorable program but, to be honest, I could not find an accurate answer. It is very hard for me to not be modest because, I do not want to seem like I am better than other candidates, but if I have to, I will. Although I do not have much volunteer hours, I still would like to help out the community give back. I remember one time when I was about 9 or 10 my family and I traveled to Colorado to visit family members and as part of the experience, my parents enrolled me into a soup shop, in which I helped feed the less fortunate. It
It is truly an honor to be recognized by National Junior Honor Society. I realize it will take so much more than fantastic grades to be a part of NJHS. It will require tremendous commitment, determination, and a significant amount of time. I honestly believe that an NJHS member should always feel the need to always help others. The volunteer spirit should not only be shown in the community, but at home, church, and in school.
I feel very adrenalized to gain this opportunity to participate in the National Junior Honor Society for the coming seventh grade school year. In NJHS, I will be able to serve RCMS and the whole community to promote the general welfare of our people, and I will be able to garner information on the most pressing issue in our community. What I am ardent about for NJHS, is that I will be able to liaise with my peers to make RCMS and the rest of our community a better place for all students and parents to function in. I have come across many enthralling experiences throughout all my school years, and NJHS will be the perfect place for me to show what my potential is and serve my community.
Since I was five years old I would always give my community a help hand, whether in beautifying my community by planting flowers, or by volunteering at local places. From the ages from five to ten my after school program would go around the neighborhood to plant flowers. In my town library I donated my time to help the children with hands-on activities to promote original ideas such as creating objects with everyday items. I have also volunteered a total of 36 hours for the American Cancer Society.
With the help of the members, I would encourage other students of Wallington High School to join the association. This would also make students attending Wallington High School, seem more a positive view of the outlook of NJHS. I’m positive that I would be able to make a enthusiastic change in the National Junior Honor Society. If chosen, I would able to express my plans to make a better change.
At Elizabeth Davis Middle School, eighth graders are offered a chance to join the National Junior Honor Society, which is a national organization that focuses on scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship. Since I have met all of NJHS’s criteria, I would like to be accepted into this nation wide organization. I would make a good member of the NJHS by fulfilling all of its standards and expectations. Helping others is one of the many traits I have and it is very important to me to help other people in need. There are also definitely areas in the school where I can make positive impacts to make this school an even better place than it already is.
The National Junior Honor Society is one of the first stepping stones to becoming a remarkable leader and citizen in my community. I have had many opportunities throughout my life to participate in my community, be it through my church, swim team , or other groups. But I truly believe that I am not a perfect citizen. I have many lengths to strive for to become the person I would like to be. NJHS will help me on my path to becoming a leader by giving me opportunities to work with people who see the world the way I do. Who see the world as full of opportunity, most of it untapped. Full of people that struggle for food, or are being crushed with work. I would like to change this , and NJHS will help me achieve my vision.
I believe that NJHS (National Junior Honors Society) is a very good program that will help to challenge me in school and in my community. It will help me pursue academic excellence as well as advancing my service learning by requiring me to complete service hours.
I may not be the best candidate for the next member of the National Junior Honor Society, but I certainly believe I could be a great addition! Overall, I am a great learner, leader and student. I have not had any major discipline problems since kindergarten! I have always had top grades and have been top of my class at some point or another. I have good grades that I always maintain and standards that I never lower. My character is not the best but it certainly isn’t the worst. I try to help out in my school or community when possible but regrettably I have not given much of my time to my school or community. At the end of the day, I am a good student, friend, son and brother.
