ADHD is a topic of great interest to me because of its prevalence within my immediate and extended family. It affects both myself and my youngest son, Cory. When, as a group, we were considering possible topics to present, I suggested ADHD. My group members agreed that that would be an interesting topic to discuss. My specific contribution to the presentation was to discuss the characteristics of this disorder per the instructions of section II in the SW8340 syllabus.
