References 13 1.0 Introduction Our project is about measuring the wireless performance in KPTMKL. We are also going to measure the signal strength and the throughput of the network. We had been asked to measure all this in KPTM for at least three days continuously. This project will surely increase our information that relates with data communication and network. 2.0 Problem Statement While we are carry out the project, there are some limitations that we have to face: 1. Day 2 ( 2 / 4 /2014 ) Figure 3 : Figure 3 has shown that Wi – Fi CS2 has an excellent Received Signal Strength .Wi – Fi student- zone2b has a fair Received Signal Strength . Free public wifi has a poor Received Signal Strength . Figure 4 : Figure 4 has shown that only Wi – Fi CS2 can be detected because Wi – Fi student – zone2b and Free Public Wifi are have a low signal. Day 3 (3 / 4 /2014 ) Figure 5 : Figure 5 has shown that only two WiFi had being test that are WIFI-L3 AND wifi-43.2 . WIFI-L3 has an excellent Received Signal Strength but wifi-43.2 has a poor Received Signal Strength. Both of the Wifi had a type WEP security settings . Figure 6 : Figure 6 has shown that only WIFI-L3 can be detected because wifi-43.2 have a low signal.
