Scenario four of the text (Mackenzie & Mackenzie, 2010, p. 122) poses at least two ethical dilemmas. Under the Tennessee Code of Ethics for Educators (Tennessee, n.d.), educators have the obligation to protect students from situations that might cause harm. Following the obligations to the profession, educators must not “knowingly make false or malicious statements” about a colleague. The teacher in the scenario faces ethical obligations under both principles, and the way the issue is handled must protect both parties from harm if possible.
The first step the teacher should take is discussing the student’s concerns with the teacher. This discussion may lead to admission of guilt or a denial of wrongdoing. The teacher in question, however,

A counselor should be aware of the signs when their ability to work affects their clients. Eloise have encountered a traumatic incident, making her socially separated, and to some degree numb, prompting feelings of lashing out on others. Eloise needs to help herself first with her circumstance it is conflicting with her counseling, this is the rule that applies specifically to counseling (Corey,Corey,Corey & Callanan, 2014). In the event that Eloise needs to address her trauma experience, she can't help other individuals (Help, 2015). The client would not benefit from outside intervention if counselor, vitality is depleted from their experience, she can't retain what the client is experiencing. Self-care is essential to Eloise, wellbeing is one of the key factor in being a counselor (Counseling, 2011). A counselor needs a huge measure of compassion for their clients, Eloise can't give that because she is need of her own perspective.
According to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)’s Code of Ethics, it states essential principles and rules, which professionals must abide by. It is a direct violation to the Code of Ethics if a speech-language pathologist (SLP) discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation when providing professional services and is considered unethical. The clinician violated the Principle of Ethics I in this case that states, “Individuals shall honor their responsibility to hold paramount the welfare of persons they serve professionally or who are participants in research and scholarly activities, and they shall treat animals involved in research in a humane manner” (ASHA, 2010). Clinton and Ohlschlager define a code ethics as: “a systematic statement of ethical standards that represent the moral convictions and guide the practice behavior of a group…” (2002 p.245). The AACC Code of Ethics exists to provide counselors with a set of ethical guidelines to for ethical conduct in a field that can be perilous and dangerous to navigate. The two ethical questions raised in situation one are consultation and disclosure.
Counselors have a responsibility to follow the ACA code of ethics when dealing with clients of different backgrounds. According to the ACA code of ethics, the code B.1a multicultural/diversity considerations; counselors have to be aware and sensitive to their client cultural meaning of confidentiality and privacy (American Counseling Association, 2014, p. 6). Because the way one society shares personal information, another society might not be so willing to share personal information. Furthermore, the code F.7c infusing multicultural issues/diversity into all courses and workshop (American Counseling Association, 2014, p. 14). Counselors must be able to integrate these issues when giving their clients short assignments to complete. Also, counselors

(Definition) “A competitive advantage is what makes you better than the competition in your customers' minds. Businesses were the first to adopt this method of success. But it is true for anyone, from an employee to a country.” (Kimberly Amadeo November 2016). APEX is a well-known computer company that offers software solutions to financial institutions, mainly banks Alex is currently a project manager who has been recently promoted and is hoping for another promotion to senior management level. Supertowne is a nationwide superstore that is planning on opening stores in Canada and Mexico and in the future in many other countries. The management of the company should be aware that there will be cultural differences in perceiving the ethics. Therefore it would be a good idea to write a uniform code of ethics for the whole company. This would eliminate arguments like the one between Matt from the USA and Marry from Canada. As stated in Inc. (2010, para. 5), “there's no such thing as a business being too small to benefit from a code of ethics”, so no matter how much Supertowne has already expanded they should implement a code of ethics. However, since the conflict has already happened, I assume that such a code was not written up yet.
The Code of Ethics for the Health Information Management team is a very serious topic that should never be taken lightly. If your staff is not trained properly according to the code and, or if your staff is trained properly, but not adhering to the code…then your team could face some serious repercussions in the not so distant future. Yes we’ve all heard the saying that, some rules are meant to be broken, but be forewarned…these are not the rules you want to play with. The code includes principles and guidelines that are pretty straightforward and the HIM Staff should have no issues in heading in the right direction with these policies; however, if they don’t follow through these policies are enforceable.
I feel that this was an ethical issue. Craig was in a hurry for a group to lecture without checking out their criteria. Craig was not interested in knowing how the students would respond among the groups. Alcohol and drugs Counselor should be providing serving that is directly or through referral. Any ethical issues should be aware of the legal process of a Client. Craig did not elect to interview any of the ten peoples. He did not do any of the requirement screens of the prospective groups or see if the group was compatibility. The ASGW, a division of the ACA plainly state about the precepts of following specific procedures in a group lecture. Craig feels that his behavior was, according to the standard of ethical code. Some issues that would be important to address in this particular case could be the role and responsibilities that the teacher has with the students, colleagues, and principal. Clearly, she has several roles, however, she hasn’t been able to perform some of these as she should had been.
From my own personal worldview, when I read this prompt, my first question was, “what are the clients’ presenting concerns?” Certainly, there are some pieces of information regarding employment, graduation rates, and access to the outside world; however, the thought that kept coming to my mind were related to cultural and environmental contexts of happiness and satisfaction. The ACA Code of Ethics (2014) stated, regarding research and publication, that, “counselors minimize bias and respect diversity in designing and implementing research,” (p. 15). There may be the possibility that our Western, standardized concepts of education and notions of “earning a living” are not seen the same way on this island. While it is an island that is a part of a State within the United States of America, it contains a variety of ethnic populations, including indigenous to the region, that may have very different values and belief systems. Also, individuals may not necessarily be upset about a lack of exposure to the outside world. They may embrace it, and see anything different
