The Christmas story from the angels point of view
Have you ever experienced the birth of Jesus?Well I have because I am the angel that told the birth.I am a pretty important person in the bible. However,Jesus asked me that night to help him. Here is my story, and experience of his birth. The lord had sent the me angel of Gabriel to Nazareth. To a virgin pledged to be married to a man, Joseph. So when Mary and Joseph were married she had a child, which she was scared of what was going to happen. I said, “I am with Mary and the lord is with her also.” So, I went on and a small journey, and my journey was to fly and help Mary with her birth. I also was to tell Joseph and the Israelites that she is about to have birth. Then I saw Mary and I said, “with the birth of the baby

But before I could put Joseph and Mary, together, she was already to be found with a child through the Holy Spirit. This is because Joseph, her husband is a righteous. Then i appeared in Joseph's dream and I said, “Joseph do not be afraid take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to the son and you will name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. He will save everyone, Goodbye now.” Then I saw the shepherds, and I said, “ do not be afraid, I bring you good news of joy that will be for all the people. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. Then I appeared to them and a heavenly host appeared and we said to them Glory to the God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests for unto you is born this day in the city of David a savior who is Christ the Lord let this be a sign unto you, you shall find a baby wrapped in clothes lying in a manger .” Then I left them and went off to heaven And she had her baby and that how the story of Jesus Christ
I decided it was time for people to know the birth of the Messiah. I called a group of angels and told them, “Go to the fields where the shepherd let their sheep graze. Tell them all about the birth of my son and send them to the stable where he lies.” “Yes my lord,” they replied smiling brightly. They flew to Earth and did my
The Gospels of Jesus tell a story that is a unified story over the four gospels. Each of the four writers had their own point of view that they were writing from. Just a four journalists covering an important story will write from their own point of view
The people were foretold of Jesus’s coming, but they were not expecting him to come as a common person. They were expecting him to come in riches and glory, but he came down in the humblest way. Our whole existence was based on a young teenage girl named Mary. She was foretold by an angel of her being pregnant with the holy son. If it was up to our generation to give birth to a being that would save the whole world, they might dismiss the idea and try to abort the child. Our generation would be in shambles. According to Yancey, “The virgin Mary, though, whose parenthood was unplanned, had a different response. She heard the angel out, pondered the repercussions, and replied, “I am the Lord’s servant. May it be to me as you have said” (Yancey, 32). Mary was ready for the spirit of the Holy Ghost to impregnate her with the holy child. Even though she was a teenager, she did not question the what the angel had told her. Mary was engaged to be married to Joseph and instead of Joseph making a big scene about he baby (Jesus) not being his, he hid her away from the shame that his soon to be wife would endure.
Christianity, one of the many religions, centers around the teachings of Jesus. Jesus was the son of God, who became man. Because of Jesus' death and resurrection, he removed the burden of original sin, and his followers could enter heaven. The Bible is a collection of ancient manuscripts created by many authors, but inspired by one God. In the bible, the gospels tell the story of Jesus' birth, ministry, death, and resurrection. There are four gospels: Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John. The Passion of Jesus Christ refers to the sufferings of Jesus before death. The Gospels of Mathew and John present similar but different accounts of the passion.
This child was one example of a person’s experience with God. The birth of Jesus was the next example of God showing his love for us. It is easy to see why some people would have a hard time believing in the supernatural because God does not always reveal the same thing to everyone which can create an atmosphere of doubt. The Gospel of Luke goes on to speak about the birth of Jesus. As previously stated, the writer made sure to chronicle the reassurance to not be afraid when he was speaking to someone. The Angel stated “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.” (Luke 1:24) This statement makes one wonder why God favored some people more than others. One might ask the question of why he Chose Mary and not another woman to bring forth Christ. The writer again showed God’s care for us when angel appeared to the shepherd’s and stated, “Do not be afraid, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.” (Luke
Jesus Christ struggled to change the hearts of others, through those challenges our savior impacted many human lives with His love, grace, and mercy. Jesus is a central figure in Christianity and is emulated as the incarnation of God by many Christians all over the word. However, through his fight there were advances and setbacks, Jesus overcame theses struggles with his strong faith and with the word of God. “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty on who will save” and “He will rejoice over you with gladness; He will quiet you with his love; He will exult over you with loud signing” (Zeph 3:17).
The people told Jesus to perform a miracle if He wanted them to believe. They told Him that Moses gave the Israelites manna to eat, saying “The Scriptures say, ‘Moses gave them bread from heaven to eat.”
St. Gabriel is a messenger angel who appeared in both the Old and New Testaments. Gabriel is believed to have taught Moses to write the Book of Genesis, told Saints Joachim and Anne about the conception of the Virgin Mary, appeared to Zachariah to announce the birth of John the Baptist and revealed the coming of the Savior to Daniel. His best known message was when he appeared to Mary to deliver the news that she was to bear the son of God. He also appeared to St. Joseph in a dream and told him that he should not divorce
One of the versions of the story of the birth of Jesus is found in Luke 2:1-21. Luke begins by explaining why Mary and Joseph are travelling right before Jesus was due. Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census was to be taken, so Mary and Joseph had to return back to Joseph’s birth town, Bethlehem. While they were there, Mary gave birth to her son. She “wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them” (Luke 2:7). There were shepherds working in a nearby field, who were terrified when light and “the Glory of God” shone around them. Luke explains that an angel came to them and told them about the birth of a baby, our Messiah. The shepherds visited baby Jesus and spread the good news to
continues to guide people throughout their daily lives. It is said that Jesus was born to a virgin and a carpenter. The book of Luke didn’t give any details of Jesus early years but what we have read about him we can say he had a great upbringing. He was caring and giving at the same time and always look out for the poor.
Thousands of people are idolized and admired every day. However, who would be the greatest role model to admire? What actions, or feelings need to be demonstrated? Feelings of love, caring or hatred? A man who was perfect, that shown miracles, and that treated equally, and even sacrificed his life for all of us, is the perfect example of who to admire. To introduce, the man, his name is Jesus. In history, Jesus was immeasurably known as the man of perfection, and was also known as the holy one and divine in his human nature. Why do people think that Jesus was perfect? Above all things, Jesus loved everyone and people loved him back. Our savior, Jesus Christ, is the one who displayed many miracles, treated people equally, and is the one who sacrificed his life to save us all, and is truly an amazing person to admire.
In this section we will explore the different proposals to the issue of the humanity and divinity of Jesus (the horizontal axis), which was later classified as heresies, and the orthodox positions defined by the Council of Nicea convened to settle this issue (refer to Lesson 5 for discussion on Docetism).
The Incarnation of Christ starts the fabulous adventure of deity and the redemptive works of Christ and through his birth, death, resurrection and his plan of salvation for man. The natural service of our magnificent Savior and through his passing, it made accessible to man the eminent arrangement of salvation and show his redemptive acts too. Our brilliant Savior reminds He and God are one (John 10:30) and through the various of scriptural guarantees uncovers that God and Jesus live in one human vessel and this happen through the virgin birth; truly God utilized the womb of a virgin by the name Mary to do this chronicled and powerful occasion. This pregnancy was an act of divine invention, particularly when her conception was obtained without a human father’s
In Luke's account Mary was visited by an angel who brought the message that she would give birth to God's son. According to Matthew's account, Joseph was visited by an angel who persuaded him to marry Mary rather than send her away or expose her pregnancy.
Now that the new message for the world is here many Christians will ask themselves that very same question, “What about Jesus?” No one saw this coming. Caught by surprise and stunned, they are perplexed and feel naïve as they are amazed by the preeminence
