What a rich, mouth-watering, flavorful dessert.The Cheesecake Factory is known for its wonderful dinner service, but the real source of their fame comes from its delicious cheesecakes. Who wouldn't want to learn more about where this wonderful dessert is created? Learning about the history of the Cheesecake Factory is an exciting way to better understand one of the most famous places who creates their own cheesecake many know and love.

While in 2007 “The Big Band Theory” the TV series made an action setting in one of their restaurants. The Cheesecake Factory embarked on another creative concept “RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen” that serves Chinese and Japanese cuisines in the year 2008. Two years later, the The Cheesecake Factory was named “Worst Family restaurant in America” (Men’s Health, 2010). Then in 2012, the factory became international by building a restaurant in the Dubai Mall. This mall is known for being the biggest mall in the world--now what does that tell you about the company.

The Cheesecake Factory for the year 2016 was a $2 billion global company. They have 208 restaurants now around the U.S.A and a few in Puerto Rico. The shares of the company have jumped 32.8% in just the year 2016. As of 2017, The Cheesecake Factory incorporated (NASDAQ: CAKE). “The Cheesecake Factory concept is the key driver of our business today, generating approximately 90% of our revenues.” (The Cheesecake Factory, 2017). Recently the factory got done celebrating National Cheesecake Day, by selling cheesecake for half off the original sale
