Critical Evaluation Of My Snoopee By Stephen Gosling

Now that we have moved into the room of my snoopee the evaluation of where she lands on the spectrum for each of the Big Five traits can be more fully explained. Beginning with openness, I determined the individual to be rather high on the openness spectrum, rating 12 out of a possible 14, based on her varied collection of books and devotion to the performing arts. The da Vinci factor, Gosling calls it, typically includes people with large imaginations, artistic interests, have adventurous desires, and tendencies of psychological liberalism. We’ve covered imagination and artistic interest, so the desire to travel found by inspecting her photo album and knickknacks reveal she is eager to try new activities and is adventurous. Moreover, the placement of certain items in her room reflected higher levels of openness, as they were seemingly unusual. There is a lamp in her windowsill, a bookshelf stacked on top of her desk, and a large curtain rod and drapes dividing the area between the desk and bed. One last thing to note that affected my openness score, although not a feature of her room, is her presentation of herself. My snoopee shaves the sides of her head, doesn’t shave her armpits, and the last time we spoke, she was wearing a kilt with one of her partner’s old tops “from his Goth phase,” as she described it.
