Figure 2. Simon’s Results of LETS
Simon is evaluated as a Developer, which is a different character in a team compared with Joe and me. He can be rapist, be lateral and capture big picture rather than details, which is just opposite to me. The others are similar except that he tends not to communicate experimentally.
LETS regards Joe as an Analyser, the same as me, as a result. We have many things in common, however, she can be more rapist than me and communicate without audio or experiment added.

4 Analysis of Results between Self and Teammates
4.1 similarities
I have plenty of similarities with Joe and a little fewer with Simon. I find out that we all tend to own poor self-awareness and lack leadership. Meanwhile, we can undertake pressure. The possible reason for this is that education and culture we take and characters of us are similar. We are all educated mainly in China. Thus, heavy exams and homework entitle us to be able to undertake pressure but do not leave us enough time to know ourselves clearly, and Chinese culture
Consequently, all team members were selected according to their talents and skill level. How well they communicate with written and verbal communication. According to Cheesebro, (2010) the ability to solve problems and think critically are good traits to have. They have a desire to accomplish the task and be held accountable for their performance.
There were also similarities in what each of us chose to list as the least important values. The common values we both had listed were obedience, conformity, and popularity.
This week in the field as an intern for the Department of Social Services, I was able to complete in-office tasks and complete a home visit with my supervisor. On Monday my supervisor informed me she and other coworkers were in need of creating a new resource manual that would be up to date with the current resources in the Midlands area. Therefore, one of the tasks completed this week was creating a resource manual that would have more resources with up to date numbers, addresses, and contact persons. During this process, I was able to understand the importance of workers having the manual up to date with more resources added to it. Competency skill 9 states a professional social worker, “Actively refers clients to community resources.” With this being required of a professional
When discussing the topic of similarity one has to invoke several characteristics of similarity that are key to maintaining complementarity. These characteristics include but are not not limited to: Ease of Interaction and Validation/Reassurance. Ease of interaction can be defined as how rewarding and reciprocable one’s interplay with another person is. Validation/Reassurance can be defined as acceptance, acknowledgement, and tolerance of other’s behaviors, ideas, and beliefs.
First, our similarities are alike because we like to do the same thing and we have have the same thing. We are brave s we can do brave things like go to places that are dangerous or go on a ride to the biggest ramp in town and jump it. Bud and
He was known as the peace keeper, but, lacked social skills. Andrew was the jock, popular in school, but he cannot think for himself, and he was showing frustrations and did an awful thing to another student and caused him to get detention. Bender, who was a criminal, bad boy, the rebel as everyone looked at him. He was tough but vulnerable, but does seek attention in any way he can. Claire was the princess, daddy’s girl, who was popular, pretty and had an attitude.
There are four main characters in this book. All of these characters are near to opposite traits. Starting with Carter, Carter is an 11 year old boy who holds an obsession to manage everything. He also, is relatively strong for his age group which makes him a valuable asset to the team. You can commonly listen to Carter say something like, “I always do.” or, “Benson’s on the job.”(Pg. 124)Next we have Jane, Jane is a 9 year old girl who is considered a genius due to her reading expertise. Jane is also a valuable asset to the team because of her smarts. Jane can be known for expressing valuable ideas like, “ Are you gonna be ok?”(Pg. 67) or, “This is what i'm talking about guys! I'm younger than you and still see how stupid you're being.” In
It's no surprise that Mark Zuckerberg's loyal, committed, introverted personality matched his Puli's home-loving, loyal, and smart personality. Or that Travis Kalanick, known for being difficult to work with, didn't match his Goldendoodle's friendly and trustworthy personality.
After completing the Emotional Intelligence assessment on page 62 my results were even across the spectrum with the exception of Regulation of emotion.
Each individual on a team of strangers, in a life or death situation, will act on their own. Clearly, the lack of team training, identity, trust and disciple can be cited as an underlying cause. For example, Dodge’s escape fire may have saved all of the fire jumpers lives if they had listened to Dodge.
3. What are some of the commonalities people might share with others whom they consider in the same
Although humans are almost genetically identical, in no way does that make our personalities or appearances identical. Differences in opinion, morals, likes and dislikes all make us unique and individualistic. Many people attend law school, but each person comes with their own influences; that’s one of the miraculous things about people. What I have gone through in life will carry over how I practice and interpret the law.
Similarities and dissimilarities affecting human behavior is another factor that prove that people ought to be lead like organisms instead of machines. It is important for leaders to understand that while it is true for people to be very similar in some way but at the same time every person is unlike every other person [ (Clawson, 2009) ]. As stated previously, one single machine can perform and behave exactly like one thousand others because they are programmed to do so. This is not the case for organisms, such as people. In the textbook, Executive Leadership in the Workplace, the author suggested that there are seven levels of human similarity and dissimilarity that ultimately affect why people behave the way they do. The seven levels are humankind, regional culture, national culture,
Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The future depends on what we do in the present.” Our actions now have a major effect on the upcoming days of our life. I believe that our destiny is hand-written by no one else but ourselves. Even if one person has the desire to make a difference in the world, they will do it; and I want to be that one person. All I need is a way to find out who I am, how I learn and successful life skills to achieve my goal. Well, guess what? I have learned so many things about myself, which either need improvement or are already ethical, in just the first few weeks of Grade 8. A beneficial thing I’ve discovered to keep my life simple is to always stay on top of my work, meaning, no procrastination. This is nothing compared to what I was taught throughout these 3 weeks.
