World War II and the battles that were fought during it help shape the world we live in. Without D-day and other crucial battles that led to the demise of Hitler's reign the world would be different. If Hitler had never have been defeated, his power could have expanded from Europe to the US. The government systems and powerhouse of the world would different from how they are now. This would result in unfamiliar economics and administration. D-day and the Allied success lead to the world we live in today, the world where lives lost in battle to defeat Hitler were not in vain, because his mass murder agenda was put to a stop.
World War Two was one of the major influential events of the twentieth century, with nearly thirty nine million deaths in Europe alone. Huge amounts of capital were destroyed as well as going through six years of constant ground battles. Many Citizens were forced to leave or give up their owned property without compensation and they had to move on to new lands. Hunger periods become more and more common even Western Europe. Many families were separated for long periods of time especially from the male figure. Several people and children would personally witness the catastrophic events and bombing that took place in the areas where they lived. Huge crimes against the word were committed. Due to World War Two political and economics system in a lot countries would be altered eternally.

A majority of the fighting happened in Europe, but soldiers from all around the world engaged in combat. World War 2 is a war that was fought globally between the years 1939 to 1945. The war mainly involved all the great powers of the world. They ended up forming 2 military alliances that opposed each other. The alliances were the Axis and allies. The World War 2 included several people adding up to 100 million. World War I (WWI). Words that bring back some horrid memories of an unpleasant time. The War of 1914-1919, fought with tanks, airplanes, trenches, machine guns and more. Fought in forms of Alliances such as the Triple Entente, including France, Russia, and Great Britain. Also the Triple Alliance, which includes, Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Italy. Fought in the countries of France, Italy, Russia and Turkey. The Great War, caused by many events such as imperialism and alliances, but militarism out of all was the underlying (main) cause to the start of one of the bloodiest wars.
World War One was the first major war that was fought in mainly in Europe, and parts of Asia. The war lasted from July 28th, 1914 to November 11th, 1928. There were over a hundred nations involved not only from Europe, but from Asia, Africa, Central America, North America and many Island nations. There were millions of casualties fighting in slow moving trench warfare , and many battles were also fought at sea.
At the time World War I was known as a great devastation. It had put a great weight on Europe’s Shoulders. A lot of Historians feel that the conflicts from World War I carried to World War II. With the harsh ruling terms and economic and political instability, Adolf Hitler rose to the throne of power.
Today I want to talk about the effect of World war 2. Now, this is after World war 2, and the impact of this will be Sad, anger, & Hate. The big ones that should we talk about is Human dislocation, enormous casualties, and the end of the Axis power. The death amount count is between 50 to 70 million people. The trials of the Nuremberg which former Nazi Leader & soldiers were tried for crimes against humanity that came down from them by killing Jews in the Holocaust and the Soldiers. Japan was temporarily under U.S. rule. England had been devastated by
World War II has been considered one of the worst things to ever occur in history. Violence, death and aggression took place in the 1930s and 1940s in certain European nations. German leader, Hitler played an important, yet a very big role during this time. With the rise and domination of fascism in Germany and Italy, the goal was to maintain peace, established by the Treaty of Versailles ended up in major disaster. World War II began with the poor economic conditions in Europe after World War I and the confrontation of clashing forms of governments and in the end it brought about positive and negative changes of the world. World War II began on September 1st, 1939 when Germany invaded Poland; this invasion led to the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor, The Great Depression, and the Holocaust.
World War II (WWII) was a pivotal event that reshaped the Europe very much in terms of international politics. I agree to a large extent that Europe did see greater political changes than continuities following WWII. The most evident changes of which were that the United States of America (USA) and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) gained international dominance in the world arena and that the United Nations (UN) was established following the League of Nations' demise.
World War II is the name commonly given to the global conflict of 1939-1945. It is said to be the greatest and most destructive war in world history. The World War II military operations were conducted primarily in Europe but also in Asia, Africa, and the far islands of the Pacific as well. More than 17 million members of the armed forces perished during the conflict. It caused strain on the economic capabilities of the major nations and left many countries on the edge of collapse.
