If a driver is culpable for an accident, no-fault car insurance means that the policyholder will only have to go to his insurance company that provides him for his own damages; meaning that he won’t be answerable for the other driver. This can be a vast economical remedy to anyone who is responsible for causing an accident. From the perspective of a driver who would not have been guilty, this can look unjust; however, one should consider that claiming an insurance payment from the other driver may cause inconvenience and time wasting at court, not to mention the court bills. A driver who is not guilty likely spends on average the same amount on obtaining insurance whether no fault insurance is involved or not, and no-fault insurance saves both parties the time and commotion. With no-fault insurance, the driver can collect the money required quickly with fewer problems than an at fault policy.

No-fault insurance is a type of motor insurance in which an insurance company covers damages incurred to its customer in an accident, regardless of who's fault it is. Essentially, this eliminates the need for a policyholder to go after another party's insurance company in order to be repaid for damages that the other person caused.
