The world is full of beautiful places but there are some places that are considered from the wonders of the world. These places and buildings were named as the seven wonders of the ancient world. Herodotus, A Greek historian, wrote about these wonders thousands of years ago. At this time, he thought that these buildings were the greatest structures in the world and he made a list of these places and called it the Seven Wonders of The Ancient World. A wonder is a structure created by something strange and amazing; when we see it, we say that it is rare and unexpected. Although there are several wonders in the world, there are seven that are recognized as being ancient.
