Dedication To my parents, who gave me life and taught me the meaning of it. Both by accident. Introduction Once upon a time, a toothpaste factory had a problem. They sometimes shipped empty boxes without the tube inside. This was caused by the way the production line was set up, and people with experience in designing production lines will tell you how difficult it is to have everything happen with timings so precise that every single unit coming out of it is perfect 100% of the time. Small variations in the environment (which can’t be controlled in a cost-effective fashion) mean you must have quality assurance checks smartly distributed across the line so customers all the way down to the supermarket don’t get angry and buy another product instead. Understanding how important that was, the CEO of the toothpaste factory got the top people in the company together and they decided to start a new project in which they would hire an external engineering company to solve their empty boxes problem since their engineering department was already too stretched to take on any extra effort. The project followed the usual process: budget and project sponsor allocated, RFP and third-parties selected. Six months (and $8 million) later, they had a fantastic solution - on time, on budget, high quality and everyone in the project had a great time. They solved the problem by using high-tech precision scales that would sound a bell and flash lights whenever a toothpaste box would weigh less
My mother and father, They have gave me the ultimate love To their best ability. I have learned to love others And to love myself. They have taught me not to judge, but to care about your own actions.

I am grateful for God who blessed me with a wonderful family that are willing to go drastic measures for me to experience lifetime opportunities. My experience of a lifetime opportunity was when I traveled out of the country for the very first time with an educational program called People to People Student Ambassadors Program. This program allowed me to travel with high school students from four different states to Greece, Italy, and Sicily for 19 days. My family and I did everything that we could do to raise money for this trip, but God always make a way and for that I'm immensely
This Thanksgiving I have many things to be thankful for, and all for good reasons. But I am the most thankful for all the special people in my life because of what they do to help me. I am thankful for the most important people in my life, my family, my teachers, and my friends.
Last container they saw was the one filled with toothpastes. There were two kinds of toothpastes in it which are the Colgate and domestic one ' Honey-suckle ' (of which the company name is TIANQI). They were all sold at 1yuan per bottle (40g). The proportion of the each brand in the container is half to half. The man picked up one bottle and turned it over, staring at it for a longtime. During that period he also talked to his wife. After the comparison of content, price, function, feature, they took the Colgate just because they are familiar with it (I guess)
A man that was poor, but hard working in a small city in Peru; a woman who had to see her father die at a young age and had to be raised by an aunt in mexico. This is only but a miniscule description of the two people who made me who I am today- my parents.
To Coach Depew My coach and my friend Who taught me how to properly hawk tackle and how to love my brothers. Who shows me the utmost respect, even when I do not deserve it. Who showed me that five monster energy drinks will not kill a grown man.

Colgate-Palmolive Co (CP) was an international leader in household and personal care product, with the sales of $6.06 billion and profit of $2.76 billion in 1991. CP set up a five-year plan in 1991, pointing out that company needed to focus on new product launching and entry into new geographic markets by improving the manufacturing, distribution and the continuance of the core consumer products. Although everything seemed good, CP was facing the worldwide strong competitions from other companies. In order to have some protections, 170 CP’s
God- Thank you for the talent, the experience, the gifts and most of the all, the open door. The door that said that we could be forgiven for our sins.
Thank you. Thank you for transporting me home from the hospital safely when I was born. Thank you for taking me to play dates, parks where I could explore and on long drives so that I would fall asleep and give my parents some rest. Thank you for taking me to my first school day so that I could meet new people and expand my knowledge of the world.

The ones I give all my credit to for giving me this amazing life are my parents. At first my mom wasn’t all for dating my dad (which we joke about now), but her friend talked her into getting his number and I thank her every time I see her because I wouldn’t be here without her. They both went to Bowling Green State University so it was easy for them to see each other. Years went by and he finally proposed to my mother. They got married in the year of 1990 and had their honeymoon that summer. They weren’t all for going to a beach for their honeymoon, they ended up going to Walt Disney World. They decided to go in the summer that way they didn’t have to take time off of work. My dad works in a car factory called Ford, he’s been moved around
Life is short and people don’t spend time with their loved ones and take them for granted. People I will always be grateful for is my sister, my dog, and my mom. I love to spend time with them and never take them for granted.
