The weather in Panama City Beach, Florida, is beautiful in June. Though the twelve-hour trip down there seemed very long and boring, the trip was ultimately worth it. There are a lot of interesting things to do in Panama City Beach, Florida. The first thing that we did when we finally got there, was to check into the hotel and take our stuff to the room, which was on the first floor facing the beach. It had three rooms. One had the kitchenette, a couch, and a bed with a TV mounted on the wall across from it. The second room had two beds and a TV mounted on the opposite wall. In between the two rooms was the bathroom. After we finished looking around the rooms, we went out to the white sand beach through the sliding glass doors in the first room to watch the sunset. The colors of the sunset against the light green water were amazing. The reds, oranges, and yellows seemed more vibrant next to the color of that water. It made me wonder why people don’t just stay on the beach for the rest of their lives. I knew that I would have happily stayed there forever just to see sunsets like that every night for the rest of my life. We stayed on the beach until the sun was completely gone and the sky was dark. After the beach was completely dark and quiet, we headed back to the hotel. The hotel had many things to do inside. The first thing we did when we got back inside was go to the front desk to see all the activities that they had at our hotel. We decided that we wanted to do the
The rest of the trip was very entertaining and I enjoyed the beach even more. The difference between the Pacific Coast and the Gulf Shore was completely different, but in a curious way. It expanded my horizons of the world we live in and what natural beauty it contains. It also taught me that having patience can give better results. Even though we had a long drive to get to our rental house, it was
When it was midnight, we loaded the car and drove through Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. We stopped at a few places to grab food or gas. It was a long time, but it was worth it when we finally reached our condo. It was beautiful! We went to the balcony to see the ocean and it was crystal clear. The beach wasn’t crowded either. We hurried to put on bathing suits and sunscreen. Then we walked downstairs to the beach. The sand was warm and felt great. My sister’s and I ran to the water and
A vacation that i took with my family and friends. We took a vacation to Panama City Beach, FL and that was my first time going to a beach swimming in the ocean but when got there and we ate and cross the road and there was a big pizza delivery truck. We when into the hotel and unload everything we had and we was staying on floor 18 so i was kinda scared of heights. The view from the 18 floor was amazing and the water and i seen some stingrays along the sandy beach and i was scared to swim in the ocean now but i did. When all of us ate lunch i went to the first floor and out the back door and straight into the sand but it was hot so i ran into the cool cold sea water. My cousin and me, we tried swim pretty far out but we was getting so tired of the waves pussing us back and back so we let the water take us back to shore and while we going back i stuck my head under water and i seen a little fish and i tried to grab it but the water was pushing me.
If the idea of relaxing on sand beaches that are as white and soft as sugar while listening to the gentle waves lapping against shore and watching palms sway overhead – you’ll love spending time in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The warm, cozy and smell caught me off guard and I wanted to just sit there and listen to it. The first thing we did when we got to Florida is we all went to our rooms and rested. Then,in the morning we went to the beach. The water there was temperate and delightful. The people there were very balmy to us too. We also went to a lot of restaurants. They had delectable seafood and sweets such as cake, ice cream, and brownies and more. The best part of going to Florida is that we got to go to an amusement park and rode a lot of rides.
Florida has always known to have many of the best cities and beaches. Out of all the cities, St. Augustine, has been like a second home to me. St. Augustine is known to be a popular place in Florida. I went to St. Augustine in the summer of 2015, and I want to go back. Florida holds the prettiest beaches in the United States. St. Augustine is my favorite place because of the pretty beaches, many fun activities, and the interesting history about the place.
The peak season at Key West is from January to April; May-June & November-December is shoulder season and July-October is off season. The best time for Key West Florida snorkeling should be April & May when the water temperature is about +24 / +26oC and air temperature is around +26 / +28oC. During this time the humidity is still not very high and the sea is calm and
When we arrived on the island, which is about a mile of the coast of Florida. We drove down to our beach house apartment, but when we got to were our SatNav told us to be. We were still a bit lost, so it took us about another 5-10 minutes to find the building we were staying in. Once we found it, we parked, and found the guy who was giving us a tour of the area that our beach house apartment was in. He took us
We are in the car hearing the tires move and jump, it’s just me, my mom, my dad, and my two brothers in the car. I’m listening to my music and I see my mom and dad talking. I also see my older brother falling asleep and my younger brother watching his show on our ipad. When we finally get there we are all a little tired but we don’t want to waste anytime, so we drove up to our beach house and it is huge and beautiful. It even has a kitchen.
I have never been so jubilant in my life to go to one place. The anticipation was so overwhelming, and I could not take any more of it. We got to the resort after a twenty-minute bus ride, and the view was breathtaking. I stepped off the bus, and I could remember seeing the beautiful palm trees and feeling the heat of the sun beating on my face. I said to my dad, finally we made it and let the fun begin. We got settled in and checked in the hotel. My brother and I decided to check the rest of the resort out. The resort had a crystal clear pool with a bar in it. It was unbelievable, and I have never seen anything like it before in my life. It had ten gourmet restaurants and plenty of entertaining things, for us kids to do. So, after we did this, we went back to our hotel and stayed in for the night and just wanted to get some
We came and checked in and we got our rooms. We were very hungry so we went to a fancy restaurant. Our experience there was very amazing. We went to our hotel room and changed into our bathing suits. Into the ocean we went. It was a little bit of a walk, but it was worth it. We swam the whole day and eventually it got to nighttime. Then we moved on to our nightly
To my brothers this place was nothing, but to me it was everything. I went there for a short vacation but I wished I could have stayed forever. This place made me realize what I want to do with my life.
We get out get our room and we start walking to it. When you walk in you can smell that kind of hotel smell, it's clean and everything smells like laundry detergent. There is a bathroom to your right when you walk in and a closet to your left, ahead there is two queen beds set up against the wall with a nightstand in between, and tv and dresser in front of that. When we get settled in for the night we order food and hangout for a little bit. Then, eventually everyone falls asleep one by one dropping like flies, ready for the trip tomorrow starting at 3AM.
It was the start of our vacation, we were all so excited to go down to the beach and swim in the ocean, and go shopping, and eat all the delicious food. My family’s and I resort that we were staying at was beautiful we had a ginormous condo up on the second story floor. The resort look like something right out of a movie. There was beautiful palm trees with deep green grass
My parents and I happily trudged out of our chilled condo room, weighed down by various beach supplies. We made our way to the elevator, slowly but surely exiting the maze we call our condo hallways. As we glided down, floor after floor, we finally reached the parking garage. We stepped out of the elevator feeling a mix of humidity and heat immediately cling to our tan bodies. We exited the garage to find a beautiful scene. Birds were flying overhead as there were sun rays beating down against white, hot sand. We crossed the bridge that held shoes and scattered shells. After we did so, we pressed our feet against the white sand that belonged to Destin, Florida. The sight was even more alluring than I had ever imagined.
