Unstoppable Clarity: Your WHY Acronym
For you to have Unstoppable Clarity, you 're going to need to create what I 've defined as a "WHY Acronym."
A set of guiding principles that help pull you toward what you ultimately desire with your work. It 's what helps you to value the long-term over the short-term.
After writing down four guiding principles, I formed the acronym L.I.F.E. so they would be easy for me to remember and implement. Let 's take a close look at each letter in the acronym and then we will help you create your own WHY acronym.
L - Lifestyle
"I want to control the when, where, and what of my work."
First of all, the letter "L" stands for lifestyle. For me, that means location-independent.
And the statement I wrote was: "I want to control the when, where, and what of my work."
And those are some very specifics for me. My personality is one that needs a lot of variety. Too much routine feels like it closes in my creative freedom and I don 't feel inspired as much to work, and so I need that variety.
And so when I say I want to control the when, where, and what, here 's what I mean:
When I Work
• I want to be able to work at different times during the day
• If I want to spend the morning with my wife and go to breakfast, I can do that because I can choose to start work later.
• If my kids come home from school, I can stop working and spend some time with them, shoot basketball in the backyard and then get back to work.
Where I Work
• I want to be
• To live every day for the betterment of my life and the lives of those around me.
Being goal orientated and having a set task to work towards be it as a team or individually and knowing
Concepts and Theories - Clarity, Precision, Significance, and Relevance - Our concepts should be clear and precise. Our theories and concepts should be the most significant and relate to our reasoning.
If people have the power to do everything they want to do, they might lose themselves because they don’t even know how to control themselves well.

I feel like as humans we tend to make a routine for ourselves and before we know it we cannot go beyond it. The effort to learn something or do something different becomes tiresome. Our lives are conditioned to be a routine; eat, sleep, go to school (college now) and most dreadful of all, learn. It is not come as a surprised as when school is over we come home and toss our book bags anywhere, but, near. We do not want to be reminded of learning (until the next morning). So, for me my life became a sort of routine and I was totally fine with that. I was okay with my typical boring high school life with seeing the same friends and teachers and doing basically the same thing everyday.
This is basically a set of conventional principles that are considered binding on the employer/employee. This is mainly about what is acceptable behavior in the firm.
Everyday people struggle with setting correct work hours. When schedules are constantly changing and employers are calling other workers in, it can be stressful and difficult for the employees. Trying to balance work and other priorities such as children, require a set work schedule. When schedules are disorganized, it makes it difficult for employees that rely on child care. Employees that are also parents have to attend some school events such as parent-teacher conferences or children's doctor appointments (Vallas, R., & Boteach, M., 2014). When these employees know that there is going to be planned events such as these, they need to report to their employer so they can have time off to attend to their personal needs. While balancing work and family on a strict schedule it will help the employee and their coworkers. Having a set schedule helps reduce poverty because it creates strict schedules for the employee so they are still getting paid. Following schedules also alleviates poverty because if a person were to have two jobs, the jobs will not clash because the schedules are set. Therefore this creates a strict schedule so the people can work and get paid so they aren’t facing

This past summer I was able to pay for my gas and other things and it brought me a sense of pleasure to be able to do that. Previous summers I would sleep in, play video games, and hang out with my friends. Sleeping until noon everyday made me feel like I couldn’t accomplish anything. That feeling changed whenever I started working for my Godfather, I had to be in Longview every day by 7:00 in the morning. It meant a lot to me last summer to be able to look back at the end of each day and see a finished product and money in my hand.

Employees work, on average, 34.4 hours a week, calculating down to 6.9, almost seven hours a day. These seven hours a day could be used spending time with family, friends, or even just alone time. By having a buy nothing day, employees could stay home, enjoying their time with the people who are most important to them. Family is an important aspect to one’s life. By restricting family time, especially in a family of two working parents and kids, they lose that aspect. Having relationships are also important. Though co-worker relationships are important and healthy, having a love life and a family gives tighter, more successful relationships. Studies have shown that in order to be in the self actualization phase of your life, you have to
