VRC Broughton, met with Mr. James Steve Beck, on January 18, 2017, and the consumer was dressed well and was feeling fine. The consumer came to the office today and we discussed the case and we talked about the training he received from MT Training Center, he was able to receive his driver license (CDL), however, the training did not teach him how to operate a 10-speed manual transmission truck, and this is a requirement with most employers.
Mr. Beck informed me that he had secured employment on his own, but he was let go due to his inability to operate a 10-speed manual truck.
The consumer indicated that he has called the school to express his concerns and spoke to the instructor, director, assistant, and he was given three 40-minutes

Robert Stone has served a supervisor for Elliott Construction for approximately 27-28 years. Scott Elliott is his direct boss. Prior to working at Elliott Construction, he worked for CG and Company for about four years as a backhoe operator. He has a 9th grade education and never received his high-school diploma. He got arrested a couple years back for a DWI. Mr. Stone took an eight-hour TEEX safety course on excavating and shoring. He cannot recall when he took the course, but he guesses it was more than five years, but less than 10 years before the accident.
Officers responded to North Scott Hall to investigate the report of a 19 year old male UW Oshkosh student checking in with an odor of marijuana on him. The male admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking alcoholic beverages. He was warned for Use of Marijuana and cited for Underage Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages (2nd offense).

The plaintiff Charles Barker, a mayor Tennessee; sued Joe Carr the Secretary of State of Tennessee. Baker complained that legislation had not redrawn districts since being under a 1901 statue; which is in violation of the Tennessee Constitution because reapportion is due every ten years. Baker alleged that TN legislators are depriving citizens of equal protection rights; which is in violation of the 14th amendment, Baker stated that this also caused underrepresentation in the General Assembly for those in urban areas. Baker argued that due to population change, votes in an urban districts held less value than those in suburban districts.
Vester Flanagan, an unstable former employee of a television station shot and killed two people on August 26, 2015. He also left one person injured. Vester Flanagan was fired from WDBJ, and filed a law suit against them for racial discrimination. The television station denied all claims, and made a statement saying they fired Flanagan for misbehavior and poor performance. The case was settled out of court a year later. Vester continued to hold a grudge against WDBJ and began to post on social media about his plans to take matters into his own hands. Bmo reported that she appeared to stagger, because she was on a skateboard, which she was able to show and demonstrate how she rides the skateboard in the morning time. CM Gilmore interviewed Bfa and other household members, who had no concerns regarding their home environment. CM Gilmore contacted collaterals and school, who had no concerns regarding the safety and well-being for the children in their home enviornment. CM Gilmore will procceed with closing the case due to no further involvement.
On the morning of February 28th 2016, Banquet Server Robert Drew Kirkland came to security office with Banquet Captain Jamie Kudalis. In regards to Mr. Drew having an accident, Mr. Drew was opening an Hennessey bottle when he was noticed a sharp pain in his right index finger. When notice it began to bleed Mr. Drew attended to the injury himself with paper towel to stop the bleeding, before coming to security and advising Security Officer Lead Daryl Harley. SOL Harley addressed the situation by cleaning the affected area and providing a bandage.

It is my opinion that DJ Kool Herc has a very good argument to make in this case and it is clear to me that HBO cruelly used Herc’s name’s, images, voices without his explicit consent and I agree that there is a possible violation of NY Civil Rights Law §§50 and 51 and in addition, §360-k(a) of article 24 of the NY General Business Law. I hope that Herc wins this case in the courtroom and receives monetary relieve for all damages that were involved in the complexities of this particular case. I believe that all of this could’ve been simply avoided if HBO conducted things differently and would have received written consent from Herc and if Herc didn’t give his consent then they should have fully respected his decision.
