On April 29, 2018 at approximately 2041 hours, I observed a 1992 Buick four door sedan bearing Florida tag JJPN40 traveling east on Richey DR approaching US HWY 19 in Port Richey, FL. I observed the W/F driver of the vehicle to not be wearing her seat belt. I also observed a large crack in the windshield. The crack appeared as if the windshield was in danger of shattering. I maneuvered my unmarked patrol vehicle (116) behind the Buick and conducted a lawful traffic stop.

On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.
I made contact with the vehicle bearing a Florida tag of HDCD43. I confirmed via dispatch that the vehicle was listed as stolen in FCIC / NCIC. I then attempted to make contact with the registered owner via agency cell phone with no results. I then went to the listed address of the registered owner and made contact with the owner and advised him that vehicle had been recovered. I provided the registered owner a courtesy ride back to the scene.
The operator of the vehicle identified himself as Roger Robert Romansky with a California identification card. I questioned Romansky who the owner of the vehicle is. He said it's a friend of his. When asked for his friend's name he said he wasn't sure. He asked the other occupant in the vehicle for his friend's name. The passenger said Brittney. I asked if they had a phone number for Brittney so I could verify that they are permitted to use her vehicle. Both males related that they did not
On Sunday, 04/29/2018, at approximately 1024 hours, I was in full police uniform, driving a marked Daly City Police patrol vehicle. I was driving south on Sullivan Avenue, north of the interstate 280 south on ramp. At that time my attention was drawn to a gray, 2015, Volkswagen, Passat bearing California license #5TUF434. I saw the vehicle was occupied by a male driver and female passenger. I conducted a records check on the computer in my patrol vehicle and it revealed it was a stolen vehicle out of Oakland.

I made contact with the driver (Stanciel, Conswella N. DOB 06/19/86), who related that she did not possess a driver's license. Conswella was checked through LEADS via dispatch, which revealed a no valid driver's license and she was clear with no wants or warrants. She was unable to provide insurance for the vehicle. There was a passenger in the vehicle, who was identified as (Edwards, Shekida D. DOB 07/24/86), she was checked through LEADS, which revealed that she was valid with no wants or warrants. On 07/15/2015, at approximately 2305 hours, your Affiant was on routine patrol on Main Street (SR924) when I observed a silver Chrysler sedan parked in the One Hundred Block of South Main Street (westside of the street) near the intersection of Oak Street. The vehicle displayed a Pennsylvania registration of JRJ-5342. The registration was checked utilizing the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation vehicle record abstract which revealed that the license plate was assigned by the department to KYLE ROBERT & SARAH LYNN FOGARTY for a 1998 Chevrolet. I then verified the status of KYLE and SARAH FOGARTY'S driving licenses both of which were suspended by the Department of Transportation.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). Climi stated that the suspect wanted a ride across the street to the Mcdonalds located at 8527 US 19, Port Richey, so he could confront an employee there. I made a passenger side approach and was greeted by the driver who later identified as James T Smith II and the passenger, Brandon Smith. I asked the driver for his license, registration, and insurance. Smith II produced the vehicle's paperwork, and advising me that his license and his wallets were left at home. The driver claimed that his name was Nase Reid with a date of birth of 4/9/1991, an address of 257 2nd ave North Brunswick and that he has license in New Jersey and New York.
