WGD is a distributor that provides winter sports appeal and equipment to suppliers like FastFit. Their main business needs are profit, market capital, market share, operational excellence, and improved decision making

Because Walmart is in the retail industry, the tool that I would use is the system flow chart. System flowcharts are important system analysis, design and evaluation too. They provide an immediate form of communication among workers and is an excellent way to describe information flows and procedures within an AIS (Romney & Steinbart, 2012).

This case is about the replacement of Futronics’s central office stores by an outside service provider. Buying a share of stock from a corporation, receiving dividends in addition to capital gains would be what I would be expecting. I would be expecting to receive my dividends four times a year and my capital gains as soon as stocks are sold. Of course because of the nature of the business world and how risky stocks are, I wouldn’t expect my expectations to be met a 100%.

The NVR have limited hardware upgrade potentials (future firmware upgrade might...) such as audio RCA ports or RS485 port for PTZ camera, not available as an add-on at this time. The latter is useful in large area coverage.
From the above analysis of the specific case of SeeSo, we can generally conclude that from the perspective of producers, under any of the three conditions, unbundling is more profitable than bundling: 1) Consumers’ preferences are not significantly different or consumers have similar preference; 2) Firms have significantly high marginal cost; 3) The number of the consumers who have significant preference for one product is significantly high.

While Luisa cannot focus on all of these areas simultaneously, her campaign for change should start with making changes to the corporate culture and CoolBurst management.
