What Can You Help The Staff Team?

I have made 4 staff applications. This is my fifth one. My last application was made on March 28th, however it was denied because it was made too early.

I'm 11 but very mature I love helping servers/people. I also love talking with people! I am a mini helper and I hope you consider me for a real helper!(plus if I wasn't mature or didn't care a 11 year old wouldn't be doing this)

I think I would be a great addition to the staff team because I enforce rules even if that is making me the bad guy. The server has rules and the server does not need rule breakers. I have been playing FaithFulhcf for about 3 maps now and I have made a lot of good friends on the staff team so that which have got demoted for reasons that I do not know. I want to learn about how to be a better staff member I have been watching Cbrady350's staff series and I think I could be a good staff member just like him. I try to do the best I can on the server and most of the time I succeed in what I am doing but if I fail I try again. I Think that if I was staff I think you should accept me because I want to ban hackers and keep the server clean I try to do that all the time with recording it and uploading it to the forums for staff to see and ban the hacker. I want to consider my time to the server in a positive way. like helping people in chat and helping people in the game and even in the FaithFulHCF TeamSpeak. I always ask questions before I do something and I was alone I would think before I do it. I know some parts of screen sharing people and I would love to learn more on how to screen share

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

Staff handle things fast and it all around seems like a happy staff-team to be apart. I have been wanting be staff again because I miss the old days of being staff on other server's and just handling things correctly and doing my job. I never abuse which is always a common issue with some servers but doesn't seem to be a major one on this server. I do watch 2 of the server's youtuber's which is the Owner and MackemYT which is an old friend of mines ''I am zak mackem if you are reading this'' sorry but I had to say that. Anyway's this server seems like a good place for me to handle my staff duties on and play on basically. I like to make my applications original so if somethings arent things you hear on the daily it's because i'm diffrent yea i'm diffrent. I honestly think being apart of the team I can help out a lot of people because I am usually in the teamspeak at all times and on the server when I can be on the server. I know being staff is a lot of responsibility and there is some drama involved at some points but I do not like to get my self into the drama I rather just continue working and trying to get those promotions! Being staff can be difficult some times because of the amount of issues that go on at once but I can help out with that along with

I do not mess around and makes jokes in a big problem. I do not loose my temper at all. I am a very loyal and trustworthy person. I do not swear that much I really don't say "Easy" "L" such things like that. I am very experienced on screen sharing I know where to check. I am very patient I do not get angry or I do not rush players/staff. Also, as previously mentioned, I have a few experiences with server moderation. I believe this gives me the edge over a few other applicants as I have got the experience required to just dive in. I feel I am a very friendly person, however, I can be forceful and strict when I need to. I also feel I am a very helpful person. I feel like I am a good leader, and mature for my age. I will honestly help anyone I can no matter where they are from. I will try to be on each server every server equally. With my past experience at being staff I know how to communicate with other people on an advanced level, I always understand people and why they did a certain thing. I will never leave something unsolved, If there was an incident I will make sure that it solved or is passed to higher staff members if necessary, and not just that I'm a very caring person I know when to Be a joker or to be serious I would take my job very Professional I don't know if I'm the only one but I find being a staff member very fun I love banning hackers helping players I would love to become part of the Faithful Staff team! I can be so active for the staff team that I can pretty much ban 95% of the hackers that everyone screams about. I am also active in the morning for my time (GMT). I think that I have a lot of experience in hackers, screen sharing, commands and dealing with a mass amount of players.
