What Can You Help The Staff Team?

I believe that I am an appropriate candidate for the staff team, because I know how to asses and address a countless number of situations due to experience on a moderately successful server. I believe that, when a parent allows their child to access the multitude of ItsJerryAndHarry servers, that they feel safe knowing that their child will be protected from anything that may come their way negatively. Each and every individual on this server should be able to move about this server at their own discretion, and not fear harassment or criticism from fellow players. I want to keep this a friendly community, because when it comes down to it, Minecraft is a game to come and have fun with your friends. I want to keep this belief alive, and aid in making this server, one that the masses will enjoy. I tend to listen to positions of authority as soon as the command is issued, and put my very best towards it. Contrary though, just like everybody else, I am only human, and on many things can fall short of what has been expected of me. I use opportunities like this to help me grow, and let it stand as a learning experience on how to adjust myself, so that I may do it the correct way the first time when the next opportunity

I understand well that being a Staff means serious business so when a matter is at hand i will take care of it I'm an easy-going and laid back type of person who can get along with anyone overall I think I could create a better environment without as many hackers or toxic players as being staff I am also very active on the forums I have always wanted to apply for staff but I knew I was not mature enough yet but I finally am and I am more than willing to help this community in any way I can I know this sounds really cheesy But I really do love Maplecraft and I hate to see how the community has turned out So if i get accepted as helper i will be dedicating all of my time to the

Previous experience as being a staff member: I have helped out with thirty or less servers they all have a small community, I have had Administrator on three (Hard working and solving bugs, Helping others too), On a couple of other servers (V.I.A) The Legendary Forest, I have been given Moderator and Builder. (EDIT: I have only worked with seven-teen servers, Sorry)

Ok, let's get started. I want to become a staff member simply because I love to help people. I sometimes see people asking questions that unfortunately do not get answered. I strive to help people in need, whether if it is help for a command, information on the server, or in need of a staff member. I do my best even when I have limited power and impact on the players. With having a lot of experience with owning and being staff on servers under my belt, I will carry that over to this server and help you guys out! Personally, I think my leadership and decision making skills are great and can benefit the server in many ways. While striving to be a role model to the players, I do not cuss, swear, refer to inappropriate things. I have ways of interrogation for when I think members are hacking/modding and have crafty ways of "tricking" them into admission of hacking!

I think I would be a great addition to the staff team because I enforce rules even if that is making me the bad guy. The server has rules and the server does not need rule breakers. I have been playing FaithFulhcf for about 3 maps now and I have made a lot of good friends on the staff team so that which have got demoted for reasons that I do not know. I want to learn about how to be a better staff member I have been watching Cbrady350's staff series and I think I could be a good staff member just like him. I try to do the best I can on the server and most of the time I succeed in what I am doing but if I fail I try again. I Think that if I was staff I think you should accept me because I want to ban hackers and keep the server clean I try to do that all the time with recording it and uploading it to the forums for staff to see and ban the hacker. I want to consider my time to the server in a positive way. like helping people in chat and helping people in the game and even in the FaithFulHCF TeamSpeak. I always ask questions before I do something and I was alone I would think before I do it. I know some parts of screen sharing people and I would love to learn more on how to screen share

You guys should accept me for staff because I possess lots of maturity for my age, and I am very dedicated and I want to help clear out the cheaters because I know staff have lots of problems they have to deal with and people expect a lot out of staff. And another reason is I love the feelings of catching a cheater in the act and banning them to help other people. I want to improve the server for the better. I will do this job with pride and I am capable of doing tough work and can get the job done quick and efficiently. I will not focus on just monitoring the behavior and cheaters I will also spend my time helping out people with questions. I can help you out with things that you are slacking on, or do not have time for. I also know how to keep people under control when they are stressed. I always tell the truth which does fit my "maturity" personality below. I am indeed calm and mature in situations with players who seem angry. I have owned a server for 5 years, so I am seasoned and knowledgeable when it comes to being staff. I have been a co-owner of a relatively popular server that will not be named due to confidentiality and the risk of being rejected. I have also been a moderator on another server for about 3 months now.

- I'd like to become staff for one general reason, and that's of course to help. This statement branches off into numerous reasons, of course depending upon what server I'd be moderating. To start off, let me include that the server I play most is OP Factions. My main goal for this server is to make it a larger and more well known community. Aside from that, I'd like to stable an environment where rules are followed at all times. As we know, OP Factions is one of the smaller servers, and players at times take advantage of that to disobey rules when there are no staff online. If I was added to the staff team, I would be there to kick/mute the players that constantly advertise, use racism, or the one player that camps warp pvp with hacks.

If I am to get staff I will help out the server by being active and helping players with their problems. I will also warn people before I report them or mute/kick/ban them. I am active on the forums and will help people with their problems in the shoutbox.

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

Staff handle things fast and it all around seems like a happy staff-team to be apart. I have been wanting be staff again because I miss the old days of being staff on other server's and just handling things correctly and doing my job. I never abuse which is always a common issue with some servers but doesn't seem to be a major one on this server. I do watch 2 of the server's youtuber's which is the Owner and MackemYT which is an old friend of mines ''I am zak mackem if you are reading this'' sorry but I had to say that. Anyway's this server seems like a good place for me to handle my staff duties on and play on basically. I like to make my applications original so if somethings arent things you hear on the daily it's because i'm diffrent yea i'm diffrent. I honestly think being apart of the team I can help out a lot of people because I am usually in the teamspeak at all times and on the server when I can be on the server. I know being staff is a lot of responsibility and there is some drama involved at some points but I do not like to get my self into the drama I rather just continue working and trying to get those promotions! Being staff can be difficult some times because of the amount of issues that go on at once but I can help out with that along with

1. Why do you want to be staff? -I believe I should be staff on this server because I've always wanted to. This is a really good server to start with because this is the most trusted and familiar server I play on. Also I have plenty of ideas I could bring to the server. Such as rank ideas and plugin ideas.

Some people would say that I do not deserve to be staff, and others might say that I do deserve to be apart of the staff team. If I am going to be completely honest I do not think that I am very different from "The crowd". I want to help the server by become staff and helping players, banning hackers and doing anything that a player needs (If they have a good reason for me to do it). If you want to choose someone else that isn't my choice it is all up to you, but I believe I would be a good pick. Why I should be accepted however is that I am nice to players and will help them with their problems, ban hackers and overall be a positive player toward people. Again, it is totally the opinion that matters if I stand out from the crowd, I believe that I am not very different in someways from "The crowd" but different in others. With my past experience at being staff I know how to communicate with other people on an advanced level, I always understand people and why they did a certain thing. I will never leave something unsolved, If there was an incident I will make sure that it solved or is passed to higher staff members if necessary, and not just that I'm a very caring person I know when to Be a joker or to be serious I would take my job very Professional I don't know if I'm the only one but I find being a staff member very fun I love banning hackers helping players I would love to become part of the Faithful Staff team! I can be so active for the staff team that I can pretty much ban 95% of the hackers that everyone screams about. I am also active in the morning for my time (GMT). I think that I have a lot of experience in hackers, screen sharing, commands and dealing with a mass amount of players. I know how to deal with everyone on an HCF server, deal with hackers and that stuff. I don't have very much to say. I am applying because I see a missing space in the staff

I feel that I could assist Arson by using the many different qualities that I have which I feel put me above others. For example, I am able to spend a large amount of my free time on Arson due to the fact that I have the ability to manage my time very easily. I currently have to balance my limited time between many activities which I take part in daily. I am able to spread my time very easily while making time for playing on Arson. I able to spend 1~4 hours every weekday except Friday and I am able to spend 4+ hours on weekends. Another reason why I should be chosen over another is the fact that I pay attention to the community. I have always been interested in Arson, its development, its community, and the issues that it may come to face. I am able to, and have been, check the forum every 2~3 hours when I am not in school or at another event. This is a quality that is necessary for a staff member. Also, I have always been interested in any problems Arson may have come to face, and I have always attempted to help as much.
