Jason: Alright, Alright a true friend is: Someone who love and cares about no matter the circumstance, Someone who will come to your aid at any time no matter the circumstances, Someone who enjoys your company no matter the reason, Someone who pushes you to become a better version of yourself.

In the article “What Makes A True Friend” by Alex Lickerman he discussed what it is that makes someone a true friend. Lickerman included four interesting things that draw people together. The author also listed three details telling the reader what makes someone worthy of the title “true friend.” Finally, Lickerman explained to the reader how to attract a true friend. One step was becoming a true friend yourself. I myself have my own definition of what makes someone a true friend like most people. I believe that a true friend is someone that is always there for you, honest with you, and supports what you do even if they do not agree.

For example, all friends are nice, funny, caring, trustworthy, loyal, and loving. To me, a good friend means someone who is always there for you, and respects you and themselves. A good friend will hang out with you, and do stupid things with you, instead of watching you do them alone. They will join in on your weirdness. A best friend should be someone you share everything with, not like clothes or shoes or makeup, but just what goes on in your life everyday. A good friend won’t always like all the things you like, but they’ll still respect you and your opinion. They won’t turn their back on you and tell all your secrets to their new group of friends. You should be able to trust them with everything, even things that you can’t tell your parents. They will try their best not to make you mad, but sometimes it happens.
