Even though streamlining was heavily criticized, it became the new aesthetic for America; ultimately, the new style created a desire for greater efficiency, dynamism, and speed for an average consumer. Streamlining made its greatest impact in the area of transportation. A number of transportation that illustrates the new style were exhibited in the Chicago’s World Fair in 1933 to 1934.
