I don’t believe in promises, or when people swear. Words to me aren’t proof of anything. I think actions are more powerful than words. The reason I believe that actions are more powerful than words is because I have been through it before. I’m pretty sure everyone has said something, but they don’t show it or do it. For example, in relationships or friendships if a person did something wrong and they say they’re going to change that means nothing to me until I actually see the change. People that believe in actions need proof. I really appreciate when people show what they say. It means a lot because it shows that they care. It would be so much better and easier if everyone would show actions. It will actually show that they are trying. Therefore,
Sometimes people do not pay attention when someone is talking, unless he or she does not have a good impression to them. Why would something like this happen? Actions can be more powerful than words because it represents its rightness clearly more than words, and it relates respectability.
Actions speak louder than words because no matter how much you tell someone something with your words they’ll never really believe you until some action is taken.
Many people don’t think or believe that actions can be more powerful than words, but whether you realize it or not they are. Actions can be more powerful than words in the way that actions sometimes show what a person is feeling but can't find the words, actions show truely who a person is because it is easier to fake a lot of words to make it sound nice but not for a action and finally actions show is a person is committed or not.
Action speaks louder than words. Doing is better than just talking. Before you talking, you must thinking twice. Because you don’t know the word you are going to say will hurt someone. According to Fall Out Boy, a famous band from U.S.A, “you say can and will be held against you.”
Actions are more meaningful than words for the reason that actions hold more weight than words, but one can say otherwise; however, actions truly depict one's true self.
This “yes, and…” stance allows you to recognize that the way you each see things matters, and the way you each feel matters. The “yes, and…” stance assumes that the world is a complex place. You can feel hurt, angry and wronged and they can feel the same. You can be certain you said what you said and they can be just as certain they heard what they heard you say (Stone, Patton & Heen, 2010).
“Think twice before you speak” this saying pretty much speaks for itself but does anyone truly understand? Words are powerful and they have a very strong influence. For example who remembers hurtful words spoken about you or to you or who remembers how strong words that you have said impacted someone else?
Everybody has once been told show me with actions or i don't believe in you. Actions are more powerful because they are believable and people can trust in you.
Has your action’s ever been more powerful than your words? Actions are more superior than words because actions are physical ,and not mental.
All of your actions have an impact on people, whether you know it or not. In Jay Asher`s book he builds several situations that all have an outcome, they center out by meaning everyone`s responsible for themselves and their actions. Because actions can cause consequences that lead to mostly bad things that can have a negative impact on someone. The decisions that were made by several people had a great impact on Hannah's will to live. She ended up committing suicide since she was bullied and she had no one to talk about how she felt or if she was okay.
How is it that one person 's words or actions can have such an effect on you that it causes ripples in your destiny, causing your outlook on life to change, without you even realizing it until afterword? I only saw Sunhat Girl once, and yet, once was enough to change me.
o you think that online relationships (of any kind) are as satisfying as relationships developed from face-to-face interaction? Why or why not?
It's true that words we choose have the capacity to hurt, to kill, to threaten and produce fear. You may not realise how strong of an
Before I started taking this class I almost feel as if I was blind to the various aspects of communication compared to now. Almost after every slide I try to relate each topic to a facet I have seen it in my life, it is not hard to do so considering we are receiving or providing a form of communication majority of the time. The two topics of communications I will be talking about are non-verbal and verbal communication.
