In regards to pipelines, and in the context of team work, pipelines apply to single assets and are generally graphical production from concept to end result. The way in which team work comes in to play is that each individual working on the project will be allocated a task to handle and work on specifically. I believe that it is inefficient to have conflict between team members due to the nature of production. It would be wise to achieve the archetypical goal of having everyone unified and prepared to make willing sacrifices to achieve the same outcome. So in saying that conflict would in turn be a bad thing, because it holds the production as a whole back and that is the last thing any client would want.

What is the keystone pipeline and what does it do? The keystone pipeline is an oil pipeline that was commissioned in 2010. It runs from Alberta, Canada and then into refineries in Illinois and Texas and also to an oil pipeline center in Oklahoma. This pipeline is a critical project for the United States. The Pipeline consists of four phases. The first three phases have already been completed. The fourth phase failed to receive permits from the United States government in 2015. The project proposal for Phase IV from 2012 will be new 36-inch pipeline from Alberta and into Montana and then South Dakota to Nebraska. It will transport 830,000 barrels per day of crude oil to refineries in the Gulf Coast and other areas.
Jill Stein is against the TPP, but so are all the other presidential candidates except for Johnson. I believe that it is very important to be against pipelines and anything that can potentially pollute our country, and the world. Obviously, I do not agree with Johnson, but I am glad that the Trump and Clinton are both against it. The Keystone Pipeline System has been operating since 2010. It is a 2,151 mile pipeline delivering crude oil to U.S. and Midwest markets. The first phase involved 537 miles of existing 36-inch natural gas pipe to the crude oil pipeline service in Canada. It also included 232 miles of new 30-inch pipe and 16 pump stations. The US portion included 1,084 miles of new, 30-inch pipe in North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Illinois. They also built 23 more pump stations. In 2011, the second phase included a 298 mile extension from Nebraska to Oklahoma and 11 new pump stations. It increased the pipeline from 435,000 to 591,000 barrels per day. Phase III was completed in 2014 and later in 2015 it was rejected.
At the last board meeting we discussed the current 14” pipeline that was scheduled to be tied into was 35 feet down in the property of 1800 Tumin. Originally, the plans showed the pipeline was located at side of the road. The options were to either tie in to the old pipeline as planned by adding approximately 30 feet to make up the difference, which would keep it as a cross country line. The other option was to install a new pipeline in road right-of-way to eliminate the cross country line. It will take approximately 600 feet of pipe added to the contract to install in the road right-of-way. Attached please find the cost for both.
