What are pipelines (in the context of team work) and why are they important?
In regards to pipelines, and in the context of team work, pipelines apply to single assets and are generally graphical production from concept to end result. The way in which team work comes in to play is that each individual working on the project will be allocated a task to handle and work on specifically. Whilst the rest of the members of the team are working on their tasks in order to finish before completion date.

But there are also the idealistic traits that I have in mind, I will state some and both. Charisma is important to ensure the leadership role is taken seriously, and then you can say expressiveness and articulation of vision which would work really well with charisma. Why?
I believe that it is inefficient to have conflict between team members due to the nature of production. It would be wise to achieve the archetypical goal of having everyone unified and prepared to make willing sacrifices to achieve the same outcome. So in saying that conflict would in turn be a bad thing, because it holds the production as a whole back and that is the last thing any client would want.
What is the difference between a flat team structures versus a pyramid structure. Explain the pros and cons.
The pyramid structure firstly is based on a hierarchy where leaders are on the top and workers are on the bottom. On the other hand a flat structure the CEO passes it to one person and that person moves it on to each team member. In this type of structure everyone needs to be highly skilled where with the pyramid structure it would not be necessary.
