Nowadays, there are a lot of multiples possibilities to get a good knowledge about some area. Christian liberal arts are one of them. Moreover, once you chose the study of the Christian liberal arts, you are getting into a different lifestyle. Moreover, I choose Taylor University because it could develop me as a better person.
I would like to spend the rest years of my college experience here at Taylor, just for the reason of living inside the real Christian environment. My major is business and I think that if you mix business with liberal arts you will have a better view of the future when you have to make decisions for your company or whatever you have to do after college. I am from Spain. I have been living in America for one year, actually just six months. I was in North Carolina last year in St Andrews University who is not a Christian school. After my first year there, I realized that that place wasn’t my place, I tried to find my place during the

One of them could be finish my degree in 3 years and a half or before. Because the most important thing for me is my family, my mom is the one who has to pay everything from Spain.
My dreams for the following years are easy to make, I just need to focus in my job or focus in what I have to do in every single moment to make it right. However, these dreams need a lot of effort to get them done.
Actually, I’m going to be honest answering this question, I broke my foot in Ireland with the Men’s Soccer team, so I’m not doing too much soccer or any other activity inside the campus. I feel like I am not in the university rhythm yet, I have been like this for a month already so it is kind a difficult situation being a new student at Taylor because I cannot do any activity or interact with people doing games or playing with other halls because of my foot. I could respond this question in couples of week when I will hopefully start playing and walking
First the college life has so much community behind it. Hope has just enough students on campus, were you feel at home. Another reason, is the small class size. Going to a liberal arts college allows to students to flourish in their learning. It also allows students to develop relationships with their teachers. Liberal arts schools truly allow students to feel like a student rather than just another number. Many students at big universities fall into the huge crowds and are just a number. At Liberal Arts college, you individual.
Including my spiritual experience at CBU, I will be able to understand my religion more. Including, that all the staff members being 100% Christian, I could ask a question that I may have and the could help me find an answer. Having to attend the school's chapel I know that I can get closer to God and understand his word, and be able to follow in his footsteps that will help me grow as an adult. With this spiritual growth from attending CBU, will be vast and helpful with me growing into a mature and responsible
There are several things I hope to gain from my experience as a student at California Baptist University. Such things include, a community of God loving, supporting and encoring friends, a Christian based education and opportunities to grow into the person God created me to be.
There are many reasons I chose Liberty University for my degree. First, my family because I want them to have a better life once I’m out of school. It will take years for me to graduate from Liberty University but It’s worth the time for my family. I want them to have everything I didn’t get to have growing up; a house in a nice neighborhood and money so they can have a better education. Secondly, Is God and my faith that led me here to Liberty to follow my passion. Since I was a young girl I had a great interest in how the psyche works. Going to Liberty is just as much for myself as it is for my family. I want myself to know I have what it takes to finish school and have that since of accomplishment. These three reasons are why attend Liberty
The larger your dreams, the tougher your challenge, the more ambitious your goal, the more likely it is you will face a plethora of difficulties on your way towards it.
My Christian liberal arts education is a major factor in establishing my current vocation. As a junior at Wheaton College, my current vocation is to be a student. I feel called to give my best effort at everything I do, and every assignment I work on. In reading C.S. Lewis’s essay on “Learning During War Time”, I was encouraged by his explanation of how the pursuit of knowledge, and my vocation of being a student, are worthwhile and valuable, no matter the circumstances surrounding us (Lewis, p.43-45). Going to a Christian liberal arts school definitely influences my current vocation. By learning about many subjects by taking a well-rounded course schedule of classes, I can learn to appreciate a variety of subjects and understand more about
I grew up in a Christian school where Bible class and chapel were considered mandatory. I believe that both of these activities help students to not only grow, but to flourish in their faith. Because of this belief, finding a college that offers both chapel and Bible class is extremely important to me. I absolutely love all the Bible class options Point Loma Nazarene University, hereafter referred to as PLNU, offers and I appreciate the semesterly chapel attendance requirement. I think both of these requirements will force my peers and me to be in our Bibles more and as an after effect our faith and relationship with God will grow and mature. Also, growing up with a father who struggles with alcoholism has led me to detest drinking in general,
I love Wesleyan’s location; one could say that I was born and raised in Macon, Georgia, even though, I did move to the metro Atlanta area after my sixth grade year. I always used to visit on weekends and school breaks; I still do. Being able to be near the majority of family through such a transitional period in my life would be something that I wouldn’t be able to experience at any other college.
By attending a liberal arts university, I will stand out more when I apply for a job, because I will have many different skills. A liberal arts university will enrich for my part empower me and prepare me to deal with complexity, diversity, and change. Also, classes are smaller so I’m able to interact with the teacher without struggling. Communication skills are greatly valued in the workplace, and they can also increase your quality of life.
Academically at Trinity College, I will pick courses where I will learn topics I am passionate about, that will align with my interests in psychology, sociology, and medicine offered. With the rigor of the courses, I will be able to expand my critical thinking skills and open up my curiosity for topics I was not exposed to during my high school career. I will dig
In the world this day and age many jobs and networks categorize one by the institution one attended and the beliefs one has. Attending a faith-based institution such as ADU would allow me a more mature level of learning. Also, ADU is also known for giving back to its community, so being able to gain knowledge in my field while helping others is a unique opportunity. This would provide with more opportunities because the Christian religion is taught in the modern day classes and will
I am considering Barnard College because of the majors offered to the students. The majors offer in Barnard build a curiosity in my heart to learn more about them. Two main study fields include Religion and Education, Secondary level. As for the Religions, I have always been interested in learning more about the world around the world. I want to understand each person individually, their beliefs, and their culture. I believe that Barnard is will be an excellent choice in order to gain my experience. On the other hand, education has always been my goal since I was a child and I want to pursue that goal no matter what. I want Barnard College to give me an amazing experience so later in life as a teacher I want my students to gain the same knowledge
The liberal arts curriculum and small student body at Hood strongly appeal to me. I started off at a large public university and did not feel a strong sense of community. Hood College would be the ideal institution for me as the small class sizes would enable me to work together with the other students and form close connections with the professors. I believe a liberal arts education will leave me well-equipped with a diverse and valuable set of skills for the workplace. If granted the opportunity, I am confident I will thrive in the collaborative and challenging environment at Hood.

As far as I could remember, I have been attending Christian schools since I was little and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to receive high quality education as well as good character building early on. Christian schools in my home country are almost always synonymous with great education and a place to turn a nobody into somebody, so it would be quite an achievement to be able to attend a top Christian school. Naturally, I would choose a college where I could continue to soar academically while at the same time be grounded in Christian values, as I aspire to devote my profession and my life to the society upon my graduation.
