Some people see imperialism as Good Why? Maybe because of the benefits that come with it. If a country successfully imperialism another there is a big chance you can get great things that benefit your country like natural resources, railroad infrastructure or can make a fortune from it. Imperialism has been a global exchange, but not in a good way that few would argue. The whole concept is rooted in evil and causes countries to go to war with each other, which results in them rebelling against their own government and become power hungry. The idea that imperialism has had a positive impact to other countries, is just ridiculous. I agree with the statement above about imperialism. Imperliasm is a policy of expanding a countries power. Some of the benefits that come about from imperialism is development of modern technology, increased education, and a stronger economy to name a few. Europe alone produced over 60 percent of world manufacturing, and together with the United States accounted for over 85 percent." Imperialism has set our country back half a century. When the British came in in 1910 and colonized our country, Nigeria, it changed everything. Our education system was negatively affected. Our country became extremely controversial in a religious aspect. All in all, if the British did not come and colonize our home, our country would be at a much better place today.
