One of my short term goals is to attend Howard University and obtain my bachelors degree in Biology. Upon completion of my bachelors I would like to attend John Hopkins school of medicine and become an Anesthesiologist. One of the main reason I have selected these schools because they are known for breeding leaders and providing students with the skills they need to be successful. I have worked really hard at maintaining a respectable G.P.A., and proving that I am worthy of becoming a student at both universities based on my academics and leadership skills. My short and long term goals are related because they without one I cannot complete the other and becoming a Anesthesiologist is my ultimate goal. More importantly, helping others in
My plan is to get into a reputable educational institution that will help me succeed as a physician. I have a 3.69 grade point average, which makes me top 6% of my class. Moreover, I have received awards such as “Most Dedicated Player,” “Most Improved Player,” and
I decided to take this class because I am interested in learning the basics for the medical field. I am interested in being a pediatrician because I enjoy working with children. I look forward to helping families by curing a sickly child or completing a usual check up. No one in my family has entered the field of medicine. I chose the medical field because I feel as if I can provide help for people who need it. Although these are my interest, I am still undecided for what I what for my future and I'm hoping this class can help me make the best
my long -term goal is being a paramedic, my choice being a paramedic is because I would love to save people. Having the feeling of accomplishment that I saved someone from a life or death situation. I hope that in time I could become a paramedic in time with 4 years of college I think even saving one person is worth 4 years. choosing the goal was important to me because I really am inspired by the people who save others and i wanna inspire a kid like me. in 10 years I see me going through college for being a paramedic. Being a paramedic takes a lot of commitment that I am ready for. I am excited to help save people's lives. Being a paramedic, involves doing great in high school to get into a great college.
Having strong health care system, vast opportunities for research and advanced development in the field of medicine made me realize this is where my dreams succeed .Having personally experienced health care here I feel this is the better place for me to work towards my goal. For this reason I decided to pursue my Carrier as internist in USA. Also I feel with ever growing immigrant population there is a need for more internists. After coming here only I discovered my interest in Research and how important it is to overcome the challenges the present day diseases pose to
Why do I want to be an ultrasound technician? I want to be a an ultrasound technician because I love babies but I wouldn’t want to be having to deal with the doctor/nurse part of having and working with babies. I think it’s nice medium between the two, and I feel like it would be a good, suitable, stable career for me. I would love to feel the joy of finding the heartbeat of a growing baby and getting to update and provide knowledge for the expecting parents. I love the sense of joy I feel when making people happy, and I feel like being in this field that I can give people that.
My goal is to live a purposeful life, one that has meaning not only to me, but to society. I aspire to go into medicine to become an anesthesiologist. Going into pre-med and beyond will be rigorous and challenging requiring a minimum eight years of college.
After doing an immense amount of research I think I would not like to have this career. I feel like the physician assistant doesn’t get very much credit and that they are not given a great deal of responsibility. The amount of schooling is not intimidating or the reason I do not want to do this job. I would like to do a career in the health sciences, but not this particular one.
My short-term goals for this medical career are to first, plan my life. I need to plan what school to go to for this career. I need to have more options incase I need a backup plan. If the pediatric surgeon career doesn’t work out I need to have another job to result to. Have an organized life would be having no problems in life and having a good life and make good money by doing the job I love to do.
At the end of the day, I want to achieve my goal in becoming an anesthesiologist assistance. I understand that there will be bumps and hardships along the road there, but I am ambitious about my goal and I will try my best. I rather know that I have try and not give up my dream than regretting it later in life. Like people always says, if you fail try and try again until you succeed. I understand that part of life is about failing, I have to pick myself up and move forward and
You should never have to work a day in your life if you truly love what you’re doing. You should be excited to go to your job every day and do what you love. As long as you passionate about what you’re doing the income shouldn’t be a factor.
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.” (Dr. Seuss) The direction that I choose is a career in the medical field. In order to attain my goal of becoming a doctor, I must first achieve my goals in undergraduate school. As I prepare for college next year, my goals are to graduate from college with a major in Pre-Medicine, to graduate from college with a 3.7 or higher grade point average (GPA), and to volunteer or work for a medical related field for at least six months.
My concluding goals are to primarily practice as a nurse anesthetist, eventually teaching future nurse anesthetist students, and conducting or contributing to research
To me, being a healthcare provides means having the ability to educate your patients as well as helping them. It means being caring, understanding, unbiased, supportive and professional. Being a patient, I would want my provider not to judge me solely on how I look, my background or my medical history. I would want someone who is respectful and genuine. A person who loves caring for people, and being the reason they maintain hope, and carry a smile on their faces.
In the future I would like to become an Anesthesiologist because I like to help people. This is my goal because I have always been interested in helping others and would like to do that on a personal level. Also I would like to get a job to be able to support myself. I would also like to become an Anesthesiologist because I work best when I have specific tasks to focus on. Furthermore, I am reliable because I do not like to put things off till the last minute. This would be a good fit for me because I am a great leader, have the discipline to get work done on time, and work well with a group of people.
