Here are just three of them, bottled water means more garbage, bottled isn’t any healthier than tap, and tap is less expensive than bottled water is.
Bottled water a great topic of discussion in many countries from many years. NO it is never okay to drink bottled water because the water companied never tell the true story behind them. Moreover, bottled water companies get their bacteria check in every three year whereas tap water in Canada gets checked every day. A good epitome would be if a house is cleaned regularly is more good or the one which is cleaned after a week? Secondly, the cost of bottled water is more than the tap water. Furthermore, on a research basis I have seen somewhere that bottled water cost 700$ more per year. A good example would be if we can save 700$ so why not to save that it will increase our savings.

In all honesty I have never been totally against drinking tap water but if I had a choice I would go with bottled water. Tap water is normally safe to drink but it can be contaminated and then it is detrimental to your health. With bottled water sometimes things such as minerals or artificial flavoring are put in which don’t necessarily make healthy or unhealthy but it is definitely safe to drink.
