My greatest success was when I graduate from High School. I never thought having a diploma is very important to be successful. Now that I have achieve that, I wanted to continue to my education, by going back to college so I can get my degree in a field that I will be proud to be in, the field I’m reaching for pediatric nursing. I can finally do what I always want to. My other success is being a great mother and raising a beautiful smart 5yr old and who is my world. The reason why, I feel this is an achievement is because, I have accomplish a lot in my life I’m back in school, I have a great job that’s is supporting me and my daughter very well. Also I’m able to teach my child and help her with her school. Not only being a single mom is
Every individual has accomplished achievements that they will always cherish. Whether the achievement is minimum or maximum , the significance of the triumph is of utmost importance to them. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is when I was blessed with opportunity to be picked as NASH student and observe the different physicians who helped with giving birth to the newborns. In those few seconds I realize that my passion is to become an OB Nurse Practitioner.
Every individual must face a self-actualization where he or she must define his or her own definition of success. I am successful according to my personal idea of success. I am at the first level of success in my life where I have become more responsible, have expanded my knowledge, and can critically think on my own. The events that I have noticed that have brought me to self-satisfaction were being a part of Girls’ Basketball, National Honor Society, and Life Care’s volunteer program.
Purchasing my first truck has been my greatest achievement so far. Working for almost 1 year, I had the ability to save enough money, to get myself astounding 2010 Ford edge. Through the journey of this, I learned how to manage my money properly but I build the trust of my parents and co-workers. My soon to be achievement will be graduating from Lopez ECHS and attending college at TSC, for me it will be a significant circumstance tome but also my family. Being the first generation in my family to go to college, high expectation are there to fulfill. Just as my older brother has giving me an example.
The greatest accomplishment to date would be me deciding to come back to college to continue to finish up my degree as a medical assistant. I had started back in 2014 and for economic and personal reasons was not able to continue my dream in becoming a medical assistant. Along my journey I had encounter many obstacles, but I decided that these obstacles would no longer interfere with me pursuing my career. My mindset had changed I was tired of living in a world that constantly wanted to make me into something other than myself. I know that I still have a long way to pursue my career but where I am now is more than an accomplishment to me. Not only because I’m attending college again but because I learned to take day by day and I learned that
I believe my greatest accomplishment to date has definitely been being accepted into my number one school, Tuskegee University, despite my fears that I would be rejected based on my nontraditional schooling background. It had been a dream of mine since I visited the campus when I was little, a dream that only became stronger as I heard stories about the school from my parents. I had been confident that I would be accepted, but as I grew older and begun to compare my schooling to that of my peers - who attended public school - I began to think that such a dream would not come to fruition. Yes, I could proudly say that I had taken several college courses and I had documents ready to prove that I had learned something if requested, but that didn’t
My greatest accomplishment is being able to raise my kids and teach them the value of what it is to go to school. Seeing them follow their dreams make me happy but also inspires me to go back to school so I can follow my dreams as well. Another accomplishment I have is being able to work at the hospital, even though it’s being a EVS at the hospital, I have always wanted to work at the hospital and in the near future actually be able to help people get
In my eyes, attending college, finishing my degree, and acquiring a career in my intended major is success. My parents have worked very hard to try and give me what they’ve never had, and it would be phenomenal if I could give back to my family and friends. I also
Personal Achievement: The accomplishment I am most proud of is obtaining my high school diploma because it is next step towards my career goal. It is a symbol to show that I have grown from being a toddler in kindergarten, to a becoming a mature young adult who is willing to walk down a path that will lead me closer to my future. I am also proud of my achievement as a high school graduate with a GPA of 3.88 with 19 college credit courses. I have 240 community service hours working for Spring Independent School District (SISD) as an assistant to the principal and YMCA as a leader in training. My accomplishments symbolizes that I am a responsible young adult pursuing a degree with a professional
My most meaningful accomplishment happened on December 13, 2014 when I graduated from college. I measured my success based on the rates of a former foster care youth graduating college. I measured my success based on me being the first one in my family to graduate college. This accomplishment was important to me because I grew up with teachers telling me that I would never make it out of high school. It was important because my biological mother told me I would never succeed in life and end up just like her. Having my biological mother tell me that I would have my children taking away from me pushed me even more. Having no support from a woman that brought me into the world made me what to become a social worker. Become someone that she sees
My definition of success for me would be to pass college and get a job i can support a
Graduating in the top ten percent of my high school class last May is something I am happy I was able to accomplish. I am proud I was able to accomplish this because it was a goal I had set for myself at the beginning of my senior year. I am also happy that I was able to pass my 2-14 Life Insurance license. Passing this test is something I am happy because it is an accomplishment that not most 18 year olds can say they have done.
The accomplishment I am most proud of is having my own family. I got married, I have two kids of my own, a boy and a girl. The boy’s name is Chris he is the oldest he is 5 years old. The girl’s name is Shay she is 4 years old. My kids and my husband are my motivation to never give up. My family love and support was one of the reason why I have so many accomplishments in my life. In my opinion I think having your family support you is the most important thing you could have. Without support there's no motivation. I hope one day I could be a good role model to my kids, friends, and
Success is a word that really hard to define, because everyone will have a different definition for this word. In fact, there no exact definition for the word "success". For a student, maybe the success means to pass all courses of the semester; for a business man, signing a importance contract and get a lot of money are successes; and for a president, leading the country to develop and make the people have a better life are success. For me, I also have my own definition for the word "success". When I was a kid, I really want to be a scientist, but after I become mature, my thinking has become more mature and my definition of success also
The word success has many meanings to me one of the meanings is to take priority over my grades and to keep them up to get my degree. This is not my only definition of the word though, when talking about success, success to me is to help people who cannot help themselves. Ones that cannot afford the good things in life. Someday I hope to take my degree somewhere where I can make a difference, a real difference in the world. When I was in elementary school I made the goal to get to college to get my degree and all throughout school I made sure that this was my goal and was sure to reach it. As of last year I made my dream a reality but now that I made that dream a reality now it was time to set a new goal. It took me until this year when I came
My greatest accomplishment thus far, has been getting high grades in college. Accomplishing this required: patience, dedication, tenacity, stamina, and confidence. It took patience because there were long hours that were dedicated to homework and studying. It took dedication because I had to continually tell myself that it would be worth it, even when it was difficult. It took tenacity because I knew that I couldn't accept anything less than my best. It took stamina because there were a lot of late nights and just a lot of time in general to complete everything that was required of me. Lastly, it took confidence because if I didn't believe that I could, it would have made it a million times harder.
