Why Washington Trip

Washington Crossing the Delaware depicts the struggle of Washington and his men on their way to a historic victory at Trenton on Christmas morning. George Washington was the most influential figure of his time, he lead our young nation to freedom with little military experience. Most people were drawn to Washington’s leadership and overall humbleness, he was a typical southern gentleman who was propper and polished. Although he knew he wanted to be a leader in his nation, he could have never known that roughly two hundred years later, he would still be the most influential figure in the Revolutionary War. So many things throughout his life shaped him into an excellent leader and he wouldn't have been the same without these challenges.

The role that George Washington played in the French and Indian War was that Virginia dispatched him to deter the French from building forts (Schultz). George Washington did not come to power by chance. He was born into a very preposterous family, probably the strongest bloodline in the colonies. The men were lords, barons, sheriffs, and magistrates; They held positions as court members to many kings, and in multiple cases, were kings themselves.
