Causes of World War 2 The causes of World War 2 was something that happened during the 1900’s. Many people believed that this all happened for a reason, which it did. Although, there were many reasons why World War 2 had started. Some were, The League of Failure of Nations, Pearl Harbor, and The Holocaust. First of all, in order to fully understand World War 2, people need to know how it began. WW2 lasted up to 7 years of war. Somehow, Hitler, who was in charge of the holocaust, had declared this war to begin.
