Ever thought about how World War II really started? It was really quite simple on how it started. There were a lot of people who fought and lived or died in World War II. The oldest World War II fighter is 110 years old, his name is Richard Arvine Overton. World War II made crucial impacts to the whole world that were negative and changed people's lives. The battle of World War II was a very difficult thing to go through. “World War II began on September 1, 1939, when 1.5 million German troops invaded Poland.”(World War II) World War II made people leave their families and go fight. It also got countries involved that originally weren’t and don’t need to be involved. The U.S. didn’t want to join the war although they assisted China and brought them supplies. So when they got brought into the war Roosevelt said, “We don't like it—we didn't want to get in it—but we are in it and we're going to fight it with everything we've got."(World War II) When the war started getting really bad then that's when some places started getting scared of Hitler because he started getting so powerful and taking a lot of places over. Countries didn’t want Hitler to do any more harm so Great Britain and France let him have a part of Czechoslovakia because they thought it would satisfy him. But six months later Hitler took over Czechoslovakia. There plan to satisfy Hitler so he would do no more harm had failed.(World War II) But the war was still
