Video games are an ever-growing franchise that is constantly undergoing change. Ever since the dawn of video games, new consoles, games, developers, and teams have come together, fallen apart, triumphed, and failed. What is it that has allowed some to thrive where others failed? Several different factors have changed and influenced the world of gaming, including the history that is continuously being written, the people who have built the games behind the scenes, and, of course, the actual video games themselves. Numerous video games have been more successful than others, but identifying what components set the successful apart from the unsuccessful is something definitely worth observing.

The processor of the consoles has also been a key factor to the development of more real-looking violent video games. Xenia was important in Greek culture, because it gave a person a good reputation, and created a guest-host friendship. It was also conducted a certain way, because of fear from the gods wrath.

Remember the Titans, directed by Boaz Yakin, is a film set in Alexandria, Virginia in 1971. At this time, the first high school was being integrated and neither race was happy about it. Remember the Titans is about the struggle and the journey it takes to succeed, not just as a football team, but as people. The team struggled for many reasons, the main one being race, but also because of having a new coach who wants them to achieve nothing less than perfection. Despite the circumstances, the T.C. Williams High School Titans succeeded as a football team on and off the field.

Judging a person by the way they look has been done innumerable times before. In the movie “Remember the Titans”, it shows how quickly a person can be judged, just by the way that they look. Whether a person is black, white, has long hair or short hair. Someone or something is always going to be criticized no matter how good a person is doing to fulfill the job that’s given to them. Never judge a person just by their appearance, you never really know a person unless you speak to them.

While watching Remember the Titans, I learned a lot about team work and putting your differences aside. Remember the Titans is based on a true story. It is the story of T.C. Williams High school in Alexandria, Virginia. Tension runs high as the football team is integrated the summer before school. In the beginning, the team has problems coming together because of their race. One coach, Herman Boone, pushes them to overcome the racial stigmas and lead the team to a state championship. On this journey they learn that life is more than just color and find similarities among each other.

The X Ambassadors are an alternative rock band from Ithaca, New York. The band consists of four members, Casey Harris plays the Guitar, Sam Harris sings the Vocals, Adam Levine plays Bass, Noah Feldshuh plays the Drums. Casey and Sam are brothers and have known Noah Feldshuh since Kindergarten. Sam met Adam Levine while attending the “New School” in New York City. The X Ambassadors first album was E.P Ambassadors in which their first song was Tropism.

Xcaret is a place located in Mexico, specifically in the Riviera Maya. The first time I visited this place I lived in Mexico for a short time and it was amazing. I was very excited because I had never been at such a beautiful place. The employees welcome you with a smile and a map. So, I did not lost. Xcaret is a wonderful place that many exotic species call home, such as African lions, dolphins, sea turtles and many other species of animals. It is a preferred destination for alternative healthy recreational activities, such as a canoe ride through a jungle full of beautiful birds and local butterflies. Take a hike trail and see Mayan pyramids all throughout. You can also cool down and relax in their lazy river expedition.
