I am having trouble applying the integral test to the following equation (in the picture). I am trying to determine the values for p where the series would be convergent. Any guidence for how to apply the integral test to achieve the values of when p allows the series to be convergent, would be greatly appreciated. 

Additionally, if you could explain how the solution meets all conditions of the Integral Test, I think that would better improve my understanding.
