I just submitted in a seperate page my homework for review because I have been having a really hard time answering a question to section #4 and section #5.

 

#4 I cannot find race statistics it is asking me for the texas house of representatives - anywhere in the web. Nowhere, it only shows the race statistics for the entire texas legislature. is it askig me for the legislative race statistic?

Also, it seems that the question #4 and #5 are asking the same question about salary, I just don't know if I am am not understanding the questions or if I am reading it incorrectly. I attached both sections. One photo without the answers and one with the assignment question alone.
