Approximately what percentage of incoming solar radiation is reflected and scattered away from Earth?
INSOLATION:
Insolation means the 'incoming solar radiation' received on the earth's surface. The word insolation combines the three words (in+ sol + action) or incoming solar radiation. The sun's energy, which radiates as heat and light, is called solar radiation.
Reflection occurs when light bounces off an object, and this radiation has the same strength as the incident radiation. Scattering results in the dispersion of light in both forward and backward directions.
It produces many different weak rays with can travel through various orders.
Nearly 31 percent of the incoming solar radiation is reflected and scattered away from earth. Total 31 percent is not remembered and scattered by one object.
