Function has vertical asymptote at x=-2 and x=3.

 x+2 and x-3 are factors of denominator.

Function has x intercept at point 2,0 

 x-2 is factor of numerator.

Let

yfx=ax-2x+2x-3   .....1

Also function has y intercept at point 0,1

i.e.

f0=1

Now from equation 1

1=a0-20+20-3=2a62a=6a=3

Hence

fx=3x-2x+2x-3
